Ok so I went in to try waba grill for the first time yesterday at this location . The service itself was excellent but then when I got my food the steak tasted HORRIBLE!!!! My friends told me that the steak is pretty good which is why I was surprised because it was so bad. It smelled funky and even though I only ate a little I felt so sick afterwards. Maybe the food was bad?? All I know is that it has made me hesitant to try waba grill again.

Just stopped by this location today after the gym. I gave them a specific order (basically chicken well done) and the young man at the front nodded his head and then kept asking questions after the fact.
Then the order comes out after not even a few minutes which clearly is not well done and I let them know immediately.
Older hispanic women who seems offended says it cannot be done and removes the dumplings which were not supposed to be in the order by scooping it out.
Also there are no onions in the taco and you add boom boom sauce. Not sure why that is complicated.
Same as the other reviews the chicken tasted awful and the ratio was pathetic.
Plain and simple if you are charging $17 per plate listen to your customer and get the food right. If not then remake everything and stop acting like this is rocket science.
Don’t waste your time or money here since both are valuable and choose another location.

To start mentioned an allergy to person taking orders her response was I don’t know if that’s in that but It probably isnt. Probably? Instead of checking. Probably could mean death. Anyways, Absolutely horrible quality. Like inedible. Meat clearly cooked multiple times over multiple days then served. Clearly no care at all and manager could care less. Luckily he was here so I could be refunded but Every review on this location is true. If reading these reviews just believe them and save yourself the time, money, and disgusting food.

I need my refund. I had hair in my food chicken was cold and pink unsanitary. Place needs to be evaluated for health standers. Salad was old and yellow. I had tho throw $15 in some change.

I live here in Highland and I’ve been to this place only twice, because the first time it was horrible!!! I decided to give it a second try today, but yes, once again it was horrible!! I asked for the chicken extra well done and the dumplings also extra well done, but these people are RE-T-A-R-D-E-D or just don’t care. They are lazy and can tell they hate being there. Also the asian lady fixing her hair in the kitchen, disgusting!!!! The fridge no drinks and almost empty… They have sooo many bad reviews, but I guess they don’t care!!!

We stopped by on way to Big Bear, ordered the shrimp tacos, they were out of chai tea and sent us next door. The tacos barely had any shrimp, and the shrimp was way overcooked and were like rubber.

I was very disappointed at this Waba grill worse one I ever been to. Forgot to give me the veggies and when they did the jalapeños and carrots were moldy. The rice was hard and chicken cold. They definitely don’t pride on customer service when I called to let them know they just said ok like this is acceptable. This place needs to be reinspected to get to certain food standards.

Tasty and they were super fast, I got the steak/chicken plate. Plus you get a discount at Boba next door. Will be headed back another day.
