Food was AMAZING, whoever was cooking between 11-12:30 Jan.23 needs a raise!!!! First huddle house that actually gave great food and business. OUTSTANDING server her name is Carol. Sweet girl and was constantly coming to the table making sure everything was okay and our drinks was refilled!! There was only a few people working but I mainly seen her moving around and keeping busy the MOST!! I can also tell she has a very big heart, a elder man came trying to walk in with a cane and could barely open the door and she dropped everything just to go hold the door open!!!

Server Pamela was the best waitress EVERRRRRRRR. My daughter and I a long with my 2 small boys originally went to the Huddle House on the Pearson HWY and watched as our waitress served 6 other people that came in after us so we left and came to the Huddle House on hwy32 and met Pamela. Soooo glad we did! Pamela was not only professional, but she was courteous and kind. She was very prompt with serving us and she checked on us regularly. Pamela will be my forever go to see er for now on.

I’m not going to lie, I’ve been apprehensive with the Huddle House ever since previous management limited my expectations severely, but this new manager Jennifer, they should have BEEN promoted because EVERYTHING was wonderful! The food was hot, made accurately, and it even tasted like she added love to the ingredients! Now I HAVE to go back to see if this was just a fluke day in service! Outstanding job Jennifer! The environment was friendly, my cup never ran dry, my food was exceedingly exceptional, and I have not one critique! Please keep her happy because WOW! Just phenomenal!

Let me start off by saying we never have had huddle house at night, we usually go in on the weekends. Tonight it was last and I was craving breakfast. I made an online order. It said it would be ready at 10:39. My husband went to pick it up and sat there until 11:10. He ordered a sweet peach tea along with our prefer online, it was unsweetened, I ordered crispy bacon it was limp and fatty, there was no butted and n the waffle I ordered extra, the Texas toast was this and smaller then a normal piece of sandwich bread. No one gave a apology for the wait or communication at all accept to say your orders is up there we are going to start it and that was after my husband had sat there almost 15 min after coming in and telling him he had a pick up and then just saying ok. I will be calling to speak with management in the morning because every part of this experience was unacceptable.
