My wife pre ordered for the Super bowl and I had already taken that into consideration that the employees would be backed up. When I walked in I was immediately told it would be another 20 minutes and that they were backed up. No problem Because they were upfront and it is Super bowl sunday so I get it. The staff handled themselves very professionally and there were some pretty impatient customers. Every situation I saw was Difused and handled professionally. The wait went quick everything was great and cooked perfectly. Kudos to the people on staff for keeping it together and staying Professional!

3rd Worst experience ever we ordered food at 7:20pm and was told 25 mins.. we got there at 740pm. The order wasn’t even put in until we arrived and had to wait another 30 mins. Then we didn’t get our fries with a combo and the corn was horrible. We called and was told they don’t drop the order into we arrive.. Wait!! What?? Why weren’t we told that. I really love the food here and the atmosphere is great — I would give both 5 stars. However, as a delivery driver, I felt sad and disappointed during my recent visit. One young female employee handed me the pickup order in a disrespectful way and dropped it into the services desk without any care. I’m also a human being just doing my job, and I hope the staff can treat delivery drivers with the same respect as other customers. Unfortunately, I can’t give the same rating for the service.

The service sucks, the food sucks, the employees suck. A huge disappointment. The tables were so dirty that we couldn’t even find a clean table to sit down. The attitude of the girl who received our order was so repulsive… when we entered, all the employees were sitting at the tables like customers, chatting, and they all had the phone in their hands. No one cared if we went in. They were looking disdainfully. It was as if a creature, not a customer, had come to the shop. It shouldn’t take 25 minutes to prepare a meal. French fries were very salty. We had to throw it all away. It’s a big mistake to come here because the prices are affordable. I will never come here again.

As a DoorDash delivery driver, I’m disappointed in the handling of the items for the customers. Every time I pick up from here, the bag is disgusting and covered in water/grease. It’s not fair as the customers may think it’s me dirtying the bag. Also, they have me fill up the cup for their drink. Not supposed to happen, they’re meant to fill it up and hand it to me to deliver. So I’ll be declining orders from this place here on out.

This place is trash. They don’t even give you the option to cancel an order online. It just says to call the store to cancel an order. Then when you call 3 times in a row nobody answers. Then when you actually go into the store to cancel your order they don’t know what they’re doing and tell you there’s nothing they can do. The wings aren’t even that good either. Small overcooked wings with hardly any meat on them. I’m never ordering anything from wingstop again. I’ll go to my local pizza shop from now on

Was under the impression that thigh bites were going to be a lot bigger than half an inch.
French fries were god awful
Had to order them twice and I do believe the worker on duty through them back in the fryer because there were two times soggy and two times covered in whatever that stuff is they put on them which was super salty.
Not a good experience at will not be coming back.
And that was the first time I ever ate there.
And of course you guessed it The joint is run by teenagers.
