Ordered 1 supreme and 1 stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The supreme was great. The stuffed crust pepperoni did not have cheese in the crust. There was also a hair in the pepperoni. So I called ( 48th & Pioneers) and they told me that its store policy that if more than 2 slices are gone, they can’t remake it correctly. I asked to speak to the manager on shift. Then a gentleman, Aden, told me the same thing. I explained that I placed the order and my family didn’t know I ordered stuffed crust. So my daughter ate her 2 slices. I ate a piece of supreme first then saved my crust to the end, my favorite part, so once I bit i to the crust I realized there was no cheese. He just told me again that its store policy and there’s nothing he can do. I said that this is unacceptable. Then he finally said we’ll make it again. I thanked him and said I would be in. He reminded me to bring the other pizza. I reminded him that I agreed to bring the pizza they made wrong in. I got there and walked up to the counter and politely said ” my name is Teresa, and I called about receiving the wrong pizza” a guy walked over to the top warmer and opened the door. There was no pizzas in it so he opened the lower door and reached to the bottom and grabbed a pizza. I thanked him again and went home. I was a little leary that they may have done something to it. So I looked pretty close and noticed that it was cold and looked like it had been sitting there for hours.
Not happy, but I got what I paid for so I warmed it up and took a bit. A bit right into a piece of hair. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I recommend not wasteing your money or time on this location. And calling isn’t going to do you any good. I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION ANYMORE!!

We went in to get crazy bread. We were told that we could not get more than 2 orders at a time. Their explanation was that if we wanted more than 2 orders we would have to pre-order them the day before and then come pick them up. The person behind the counter added that it was because they only made the crazy bread in strips of two and that is why we need to order ahead of time. What?! So much for hot and ready!!?? We left with nothing!

Great place, decent food, fantastic prices. Best part was we slipped out to grab some popcorn at Colby Ridge and the person running the register brought our completed pizzas to the door upon our return. Great service!

Ordered pizza online to be delivered. I asked for the pizza to be well done. Well the pizza isn’t even at all done nor is it well done. Spent $33. Called the store to see what they could do and the manager and staff at the location were very polite. The manager called the owner to see what they could do for me. He called back and said the owner said that I needed to drive to the store with the pizza and they would make me a new one. I’m sorry what?!!!! You want me to drive to the store to correct your error and not making my pizza correctly? What a joke!!!! Don’t go here owner doesn’t care about quality or customer service. Go to a different location …

I’ve been here several times while other customers are rude, self-entitled, and impatient. I don’t know how the crews handle it so well.
Please remind yourself folks that simply because you go into a fast food/food establishment you’re any better than the workers, because you aren’t. Remember they’re humans.

6 workers yesterday and half of them are out back skate boarding! Wife orders food for us and some friends pays for it and is told it needs to be made. Finally someone comes back and just grabs pizzas out of the hot and ready. The pizzas and breadsticks didn’t need to be made as they were already ready previously but the workers were too busy messing around out back!

Lastly, one pack of breadsticks were way too overcooked. Overcooked to the point where they were flat and too hard to even chew! Worst breadsticks of my life!

I don’t like complaining, but the last two times I’ve ordered pizza from this location, the crust is not all the way cooked. It’s super soggy and doughy tasting. Not sure what is happening but someone should be training employees on proper pizza crust cooking.

We place a large order (8 pizzas, 3 breadsticks), hours in advance, online without issue. We went and picked up the pizza, again without issue. Two hours later got 2 calls from this location, to lecture us on how going forward, if we want to do a big order like that, we need to let them know 24 hours or more in advance. Absolutely, something we can do, we had a last minute situation come up, so this was out of ordinary for us but either DONT let us order it online OR say something when we pick up the pizza. Don’t call 2 hours after we have left the store to not only tell us but lecture on how we need to order next time.

**Disclaimer** I know this is Little Caesars so my expectations aren’t high.

I’m won’t be coming back to this location. My family are regulars at the 27th and Capitol pkwy location and it’s much better.

I walked into this location and the teenager at the register stared at me without hello. Looked like he was confused as to why I was there… haha it isn’t that hard to train the face of your business to say hello to your customers.

We got a cheese hot and ready and it had obviously been in the warmer forever as it was the driest, worst pizza I’ve ever had from a Little Caesar’s. Avoid this location if you can.
