This is 1 of my favorite places for hibachi never had a problem before but just paid over $30 for chicken and steak hibachi for 4 pieces of steak and a bunch of chicken. I tried contacting the restaurant to address the problem. I offered to send them the picture. She said I must’ve ate it. As you can see I mixed everything up haven’t even taken a bite yet and it’s not under the rice or noodles then I asked for my steak to be medium it’s well done and tough smh

Bathroom no handoap. How did the waitress wash her hands clean my mind automatically thought, after she sat in there playing on her phone in stall.

Friendly staff, great food! Most places have mediocre, bland green tea. Ninja doesn’t! Full of flavor! Their sushi is stellar, their steak delicious. I usually use soy sauce and yum yum sauce, but added nothing to my food. It was THAT good.
We went Saturday night and there was no long wait.
We ordered steak from the hibachi menu, a yummy roll, a fantastic roll, and a crazy horse roll as well as some house special soup. Highly recommend this place!

I went yesterday and got the steak fried rice it was good. Today I went back and it was completely different. The food was not cooked. So I took it back in and then they literally put the food I had already touched back on the grill. When I got it back the rice was hard and sticky and the meat was some how still not cooked! I’ve never seen a white piece of steak not the inside the whole piece. I called back and they were very rude. 20 bucks for a plate that you can’t even eat. Its ridiculous! ( I can’t reply to the owners comment they Cooked the same dish twice they threw the food that had already been touched back onto the grill. Not made the dish twice. Btw you can’t take food from outside the restaurant and put it back onto the grill you should know that.) since you replied again calling me a lair I literally called back and asked if they just threw the food back onto the grill they said yes we did. Also my husband was sitting right beside me and heard it. You can try and cover yourself but if it comes down to it phone records can be pulled!

Overpriced despite the amount of food you get.
Everything tasted like it was out of a box or a bottle that came from the grocery store. Shrimp was good, but ruined by drowning it in the bottle sauce. I have never walked out, but I wish we had turned around and went somewhere else.

This place has a really nice atmosphere and the service was really good. The shrimp tempura bento box was good. The steak hibachi was ok. The steak was really good. The rice and shrimp was flavored ok. I felt the vegetables and rice was cooked in to much oil or something. The prices were on average with most hibachis. The California roll was excellent. The sushi almost always is great here. Got no fortune cookie.

I always love this place, usually good food and service but this time unfortunately I found a staple and a sharp piece of plastic in my rice after ordering the steak hibachi to go, I didn’t take a photo of the piece of plastic since I had thought at first it might’ve been from the lid after opening the container but now I’m not so sure after seeing this in the bottom of the rice, just a reminder to always make sure you’re looking at what you’re eating!

Son has a milk allergy, and the cooks and servers were so very careful to prepare his food perfectly. Since we were out of town, this was so reassuring for us! Delicious food, clean, nice and polite staff. I’d really reccomend this great restaurant.
