So apparently now it’s their “new policy” that if they get your order wrong like putting no meat on a peperoni pizza, it doesn’t matter that you paid for delivery and added a tip, you now also have to pay for gas to take it back to the store to “prove that there was no peperoni on the pizza before they can issue a refire” was the man’s word who also told me he “sincerely apologizes but he just manages the store”. I called corporate because, as a former restaurant manager, I feel that’s one of the best ways to lose customers, and filed a complaint. The gentleman wasn’t rude, but if that’s literally their new policy, I will NEVER be getting my pizza there again. What’s the point if you’re just gonna lose any and all discounts when they mess up your order by putting the money in your gas tank to go prove you aren’t lying to them about their mistakes!
Didn’t wanna waste the gas money or another 45 minutes of my life for some peperoni, so we just ate it.

I normally don’t complain as long as the food is good but this is pathetic. I used to work at a Papa John’s and my boss would have made me completely redo this mess. The delivery driver was nice but that’s about it.

I’ve been a customer of this location for over 15 years and this is the first time I’ve had an issue but they refuse to make it right. Both of my pizzas were missing toppings which included sauce and cheese. Parts of the pizza we’re just dough. I spoke with the rude manager on duty and she said she would give me a refund but that never happened. She also never apologized and just seemed like it was somehow my fault. I also put in a message for the general manager to contact me and it is now been almost a week without a phone call. A big waste of over $40. Better off getting pizza from a local owned place that wants to keep their customer satisfied.

My pizza said it was “on its way” for 25 minutes. When it vocally did arrive, I had no idea because they never even rang the bell or knocked on the door. Then, the pizza was wrong. When I called, I was told there was nothing they could do since it was already delivered. Then they hung up on me when I asked to speak to the manager.

Called and complained about the pizza and I guess I offended the kid on the phone joking about it looked like a red headed step child.. maybe the world is soft and he hung up on me. I called back and then the manager hung up as well. I have spent thousands of dollars at papa Johns and asked for a refund and got hung up on. Even if I accidentally offended someone a person who is in charge doesn’t have the right to treat a customer over the type of pizza I received that manger should of never let this pizza leave his store. I will never order from them again and best believe I will be talking to an adult manager in the morning

Not only that the drivers can’t read instructions on to ring doorbells instead of knocking on the door now I have a crying kid because they knocked on the door and scared him. Don’t bother. Ordered no contact delivery online. Was in my garage with the door up while waiting. Phone said order delivered, checked and no food. Called the store, manager said driver knocked a couple times and left. Managers solution was to send out the hour old pizza. Driver showed up and I recognized his car. Saw him drive by both times for the original delivery. Mentioned it to him, he chuckled said nothing else and left. Checked the boxes when they arrived it said no contact and also had my phone number. Save yourself the money and hassle of cold food and poor service.

Crust was like shoe leather! Couldn’t cut it with a pizza slicer, and obviously they couldn’t either!!! Had to use a steak knife! Then, couldn’t hardly chew it! Very inconsistent with their toppings, and mushrooms must be like gold, maybe one whole one cut up for the entire pizza!! Well, time to look elsewhere!
