I hate even writing this because we were genuinely excited for a Taco Bell run, but it was disappointing from start to finish.
We went through the drive-through and were missing paid items from our order. Mistakes happen — I truly get that. Food service is hard, and I have grace for that. But when we went inside to politely ask for the rest of the food we had already paid for, we were met with hostility and rudeness instead of a simple apology and fix.
The attitude was the bigger issue. A manager sets the tone for an establishment, and the way this was handled just didn’t reflect basic customer care. No one expects perfection — just accountability and a little kindness.
We love a good Taco Bell night, and it’s frustrating to see the experience ruined by staff who seem like they simply don’t care.
Hoping this location improves, because Krum deserves better.

Food is always lacking ingredients. You order on the app and still have to wait 20 mins from when you arrive at the store. Was really excited for this location but not going anymore

The food was cold! We got some tacos and burritos and they were all stone cold. The cheese wouldn’t even melt in them! The taco shells were very stale, which is mind blowing in a new store. Gross.
All the employees were standing in a group talking and acted like we were bothering them by wanting to order food. One girl actually rolled her eyes at us as she came over to take our order and had a snotty attitude.
Won’t be back, the Sanger store is way better.

My take on this new location was a little slow when I went to this location. The cashier/drive-thru worker was really slow when I placed my order. Granted this place just opened so I’m sure she was still in training. Other than that it was good like every other taco bell. Glad this location is finally open so I can go to taco bell closer.

Not only mixed up all the boxes but forgot to fry both chalupas which is actually an incredible feat if you think about it.
