Good food, great ice cream. This place has been a must visit every summer for my whole life. Nice view of traffic. Very family friendly. Friendly staff. They could clean the tables more often, especially considering how many children visit, I’ve seen more than one kid lick a drop of ice-cream off.

Decent hot food, must try their fried green beans and/or Lemmon soft serve! Service, at times, can be a bit faster. However, this location is an Excellent place to bring the kids (of all ages) to enjoy a delicious treat. This location has been in operation for a long time with countless repeat customers/patrons! Went to Dortee’s with a group from church. The food was great, “cheeseburger & onion rings” The strawberry shake was to die for. Service A+ fast and friendly. Highly recommend eating here. We had our dessert first.

Had a really good vanilla shake unfortunately I ordered butter pecan. Barely tasted any of it. Same thing with another shake just light on taste except vanilla. Onion rings were ok just bland. Oh and NOT a drive in. Just a walk up with limited outdoor seating.

Dortee’s has been a family favorite since I was a kid. My mom and I used to frequent the place for their Famous Lemon Ice Cream. It was my mom’s favorite flavor, and she loved Dortee’s the most. I still love it to this day!
