I don’t do reviews but I feel compelled to say something about what is being sold to the general population. I personally know how to cook very well and authentic foods. And if I owned a Mexican sorts of restaurant and I was serving this kind of disgrace I’d be mortified! I felt bad that the trash can had to take what all we refused to eat! Outdated and slimy pico with absolutely zero flavor! And I don’t care how much you pay me? That is NOT real chicken! A rubber balloon has more flavor! I’m a one and don’t at this chain!

I’d never been to Qdoba before today. When I got ready to order, three different employees welcomed me and asked if I was ready to order. They were so friendly and positive. My food was awesome—didn’t expect such fresh flavors. When staff tend to be younger, you don’t always expect them to have such good customer service skills, but they were all great. I was so pleasantly surprised. I had a really enjoyable and relaxing lunch. Will definitely do a repeat visit.

This was a stellar dining experience. We accidentally dropped 2 containers of food and they made them again for free. I’ve never seen kinder workers in fast food. The tacos I got were some of the best I’ve had. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

Purchased a meal to bring home. Got home and chips were AWFUL. Stale and smelled like paint. Also tortilla chips in bowl were the same. So I politely called and said the chips were bad. The young ladies response what do you want me to do about it. I said make sure your food is quality. Well I can’t offer a rebate over the phone. I said I simply just don’t want someone else to have to deal with a subpar product. Her response…ok thanks click. I guess Jersey Mike’s will be a better option going forward. Avoid Waconia Qdoba if possible.

Been coming here since they opened, and it’s always been a pleasure ordering quality food bowls for the family! There was one man who would start off the order that was especially friendly. I came at dinner rush and he greeted every customer with a smile and worked super efficiently despite how busy it was. I wish I got his name, he deserves a raise if he hasn’t got one already!
Dining area was super clean, it looked like the employees understood all the comments coming in recently and made a turn around which is great to see! As someone who has worked in a fast food setting, I understand that it can be hard to keep up with making sure the dining area is clean at all times. But I hope the employees know that they are doing a great job and we appreciate all the effort they put in!

Incredible Service- the employees went above and beyond. We dropped 2 containers of food on accident on separate occasions and both times Isaiah and Blake compt our food and they were very respectful. I dont ever expect this kind of service but I 100 percent recommend this place. Thank you Isaiah and blake

Absolutely unacceptable. Trash overflowing onto the floor, not a clean table anywhere. One free style machine broken and bleeding, the other would only dispense diet pop. Food preparers looked like they showered weekly at best. Women’s bathroom was out of order. Now… On to the food. Tasteless and luke warm. My chicken burrito was blessed with burnt bits of something. If this is my last review, it is because of food poisoning. You folks should be ashamed. My wife and I will not be back.
