This is typically for all the Little Caesars that I’ve been to. It takes a while to order… Not because there’s a line but because the high school kids need more training on how to be more efficient in food preparation for the consumer. In addition to providing a good quality product.

This place has problems with the customer service. Don’t know what happened to the people hired here. They seem not customer oriented and not friendly at all. If the staff don’t like to work at this restaurant, your reputation will be ruined and no one will come back here at all. I have been ordering food here for a long time. However, I did notice they have staffing issue here. And no one enjoys working here at all. Even though you have great food and reputable name brand, the lousy customer service will eventually ruin your reputation.

Based on my own experiences the food is generally consistent, I have not had any noteworthy concerns with the quality of the food.
Location tends to get crowded quickly and does not have the space for more than a few people waiting for/placing orders, and wait times can be excessively long even if you order ahead. On one occasion an order was made by phone but the order was not prepared until we arrived for pickup, wait time was approximately 25 minutes after the initial 20 minutes before arrival. I strongly recommend only one person go in for a pick-up/order due to the small size of the location. Better to wait outside or in a car.

This pizza does not look like the one I ordered. It’s supposed to be rectangular and the cheese is supposed to go to the edges . The pizza weighs about 5 pounds and is all dense cooked dough

Soupy pizza. Half of the crust is a massive doughy mess, half is thin. None of the slices were cut all the way through. The cheese and toppings completely separate from the dough when trying to break off a slice, then the slice itself rips in half. I know it’s little Caesar’s, but this has by far been the worst little Caesars I’ve ever had

I wasn’t going to mention it, yet since you asked, the last 3 visits to the eastvale location my debit card has been double charged. Not once, but 3 times. I make no claims other than it’s always good to actually go through a paper statement of charges and verify what you’ve paid for / or not.
The list of big companies that practice over charging is long and distinguished and it’s a lot of money. It’s worth looking as I’m certainly not the only one.

I’d like to personally thank the amazing individual working in the back that handcrafted this amazing Batman calzone special for us. Not only did this creation taste like how something in a studio ghibli film would taste, but the handsome young man that took our order had a pleasant personality that really placed the cherry on top of this fine experience. Do yourself a favor and visit the Little Caesar’s in norco village to have the best pizza and human interactions in the world. im so lonely
