I ordered one of their boxes of food, 2 chalupa supremes, soft taco, nachos, and a thing of their potatoes. Also ordered 2 sweet teas. The burrito that came in the box wasn’t made correctly. I swapped their beef out for chicken, and they still put beef in it. Both of the chalupas were overcooked. One cup of tea barely tasted like sweet tea. They barely put any steak on the nachos.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. We ordered nacho fries and a cheese quesadilla. The fries were cold, and the cheese quesadilla contained chicken pieces even though we are vegetarian. This is a serious food safety and trust issue.
When we reported this to the employee, her behavior was completely unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. After replacing the food, she came to our table and threw the food down aggressively. Her behavior was hostile and made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
Due to this treatment and the major mistake with vegetarian food, we demanded a refund and left without eating. This location has serious problems with staff behavior, food handling, and management oversight. I strongly advise management to take immediate action.

Food is dreadfully slow. Took 15 minutes to get my simple order to me. Fountain soda machine broken and no silverware. Poor staff running ragged due to management not having enough people or enough trained people to handle a very small crowd. This location doesn’t participate in any money saving things and is the most expensive one I’ve ever eaten at. This location should close. It is an embarrassment to the brand. And that’s hard to do. Won’t be back.

Do not !! Do not!!!! Do not!!! Eat at this location my whole family has gotten food poisoning from this location..we got an deluxe box. And the chicken chalupa smelled sour. But the other tacos didn’t smell.but some how still gotten sick on it..my daughter still hospitalized and once they get the stool sample from the vomit or stool. They’re going to test both the left overs and vomit.i will be suing.they has to do better with the way they handle food.

I don’t know what y’all are doing different but your store is serving the best tasting food in the entire chain of restaurants.
The service was exceptionally fast and friendly also.

Walked in to order, figured it would quicker, but I was wrong…. took 5 minutes just to get someone to come to the register. 1 person inside eating and 1 waiting on an order, still took more than 10 minutes after ordering to receive. WORST taco bell I’ve been to

I came threw drive threw and ordered my food it was 11 dollars everything was good but about an hour after I had left their an employee must have tried to use my card cause I got a notification that it was ran again but the CVV was wrong so it declined.

Went in for lunch one if the employees was on lunch break talking on his phone in the lobby he was yelling and cursing at his girlfriend. My husband asked him to please stop we were trying to have a peaceful lunch . Husband comment to my husband was im off the clock.

I ordered the chicken quesadilla, and they cut them in four sections, and the very last section had no chicken or cheese. Then I asked the girl to confirm what the chicken nuggets were coated with, and she said she wasn’t sure. I looked up on the menu, and it said right there what it was coated with.
