First time coming here. Sushi was OK. For the price I paid i expected better cuts of fish. Not enough selection of rolls. Hand cut rolls range from $19-$25. Kind of expensive for what you get. Service was OK. Not really friendly staff. Heard the waitress talking about another employee not in a good way. Really a conversation that should not be had when customers are around. We want to be in a pleasant atmosphere when we eat. Thanks. So many sushi places around Ventura Blvd.. I’d say maybe try those first.

we went here because the place we wanted to go to had a 45 min wait and I called here they said they didn’t so it worked out. I ordered a sushi roll and wanted to try the udon noodles. the broth was a little plain but the tempura on the side was tasty. the cooks/chefs were courteous and nice. the wait staff was also nice. overall we had a great experience
