Normally I dont leave reviews, but today was the absolute worst service I’ve had in a long time. I tried looking for contact info on the receipt, but nothing except an 800 number to inquire about gift cards. Anyway, we walked in , the girls working looked at us like we were nothing but an inconvenience. They didn’t wash their hands, I requested getting a bmt with no salami. She refused and said I couldn’t, And that I need to pay extra for a ham sandwich with pepperoni. My boyfriend’s sub was toasted..but wasnt, and the sandwich is cold, which he ended up not eating. They barely put any shredded cheese on it, and said he had to pay extra. Which ya extra cheese is an upcharge, but they literally barely put any on there. We also ordered a large fountain soda, the mountain dew was out, we let them know and they came back and said they were out as She walked away with a smile on her face, knowing we were already upset. The other girl said we could take a bottle of mountain dew , which is fine. But if im gonna pay for a large fountain pop, one bottle of pop only fills the cup to about half. I probably wouldn’t have left a review and know things happen..but the attitude we got, paid extra money when we shouldn’t have really upset me. The receipt needs to have contact information for when things like this happen. I most definitely will not be eating at subway for awhile..and most definitely won’t be going to that location.

Everything was dirty and the staff did not know anything about their products or listen. Out of supplies or just choose to not stock and no employees are cleaning they all disappeared after we paid for our food

Great service. I odered online, they missed my order which can hapoen but the way the girl cooked it very quickly made the sevice outstanding. She added me an extra cookie which is much appreciated

$25 for two subs and they were both terrible. The flat bread was hard and stale and actually crunched when you ate it. There were no fillings in the bread and it wasn’t worth $2 much less $25. What a terrible sandwich shop and they used to be so good.

Very very rude girls. Did not make my sandwich as Ordered so when I got home there was no meat on my sandwich. When I called back to let them know this The girl says you didn’t ask for any meat and I said yes I did. I ordered a footlong turkey. I had to drive all the way back to the store to get the turkey. Then she had the audacity to charge me even more money from my sandwich. No apology nothing. Not even i’m sorry for the misunderstanding or the miscommunication. I’ll never go back to that store again.

Ordered online, came in and asked nicely if I could change the cheese on my order, and I was told my sandwich doesn’t come with cheese (turkey califresh) and they only go by the items printed on a ticket. I showed him the picture description and options for the sandwich and instead of agreeing that it is unfortunate or that he understands why someone would find this unacceptable, he claimed there’s a tiny disclaimer somewhere about what he didn’t explain. He could have just changed the cheese, but instead got rude, and was upset that I showed frustration at not getting the sandwich my app showed, described, and that I paid for.

Only go for the food. Restaurant seems to always be dirty (wipe your table/chair before sitting). Man that usually waits on us seems to always be grumpy and not want to be there!

Sunday November 19th at 6 pm a male employee was absolutely rude snapping at customers and wouldn’t answer a simple question after being asked multiple times. He had to have another employee finish my sandwich because he couldn’t handle it. I will be calling corporate if this isn’t handled. Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.
