I love the lady that works in the mornings. (African American)…She is so sweet, patient, humble, the list goes on and on! You all definitely need several of her! I have been through there and it seemed as if it was only her working, and she did her thang and definitely made it look easy. Thanks for being such a wonderful person and being so sweet and patient with folks considering the circumstances. It’s hard to have no help and a line of cars in the drive thru. Continue to be great!!

Some waiters obviously don’t like this job. Please leave. I am very happy to arrive here from the expressway and hope to have a happy rest and eat. I ordered a food to eat on the table, and they put it in a bag for me, and told me the number rudely, and asked me to come and get it myself. My French fries were upside down in the bag and spilled all over it. I’ll never come here again. It’s like a homeless restaurant.

Worse McDonalds I’ve ever been in. Food was cold. Staff was rude. Bathroom had toilet paper every except the on the dispenser. Tea said expires at 2:30. It was 3:45. When I asked if they could make new tea the employees begind the counter kept ignoring me then finally one of the staff finally came to see why I was trying to get someone’s attention only to roll her eyes and walk away when i told her about the tea. None of the fountain drinks worked except orange Fanta. And none of the tables were wiped down… all of them had food and other trash left on them and none of the staff seemed to do anything except hide in the back. Also Funky Called medina by tone loc… not exactly family friendly music to be playing. Supposed to grab a number and sit at a table and they bring I to you… they bagged everything and yelled for you to get your order.

Been to this store a couple of times. Have always had trouble with the drive thru. Problems with waiting a long time for my order, but today is the worst. The person handling the drive thru was only taking orders on one lane only. Two cars that got there after me , their orders were taken, while me and the person in front of me were skipped. Had to drive up to the pay window to put in my order. When I got home, one of my sandwich’s only had one bun and the drinks were not what I ordered. People can get orders wrong, but a bun left off and not taking orders, is the worst. Will not go to this Macdonald’s again.

Just got my order from door dash and these people be forgetting to put things in the bag like they can’t read the order slip then i gotta call doordash cause they didn’t give a full refund this is the easiest job ever its not hard to read a slip and put the right stuff ordered in a bag

Ordered for dine in but they bagged it for takeout and made us walk to the front and grab it instead use there own table service
Both of our nugget orders were cold.
His fries were luke warm while mine was cold.
Burger quickly thrown together with barely any ketchup and only 1 pickle. Will not be returning the rest of the trip.
Disappointed since it’s across from our hotel

This is a very disappointing location for this franchise. I ordered table service during my visit. Aside from one (1) instance where I actually received my order the other times the staff ignored my table order and neglected to even announce my name or order number. I honestly felt as though the employees were annoyed that I ordered in the first place. When I went to the counter my order was only half prepared after a fifteen (15) minute delay/wait. Additionally, I found that my order was not made to specifications. In my opinion, I would encourage anyone using thus location to be extra vigilant and double check their order.

Stopped on pur way to a gymnastics competition in Williamsburg VA. The drive thru was only serving one car at a time! Waited forever. One order was a steak and cheese bagel NO ONIONS. It came loaded with 3X the amount of onions it normally would have. Another order was 2 sausage burritos. They tasted old like they sat there for days. We ordered a Coke Zero, Dr Pepper and 2 caramel frappe. The Coke Zero was straight carbonation and when we returned it, she tried giving us 3 extra drinks that weren’t ours. They struggled with getting anything right and remember they were only serving one car at a time.

They have all the orders on there screen as now serving but they have no orders ready…. This is a technique the manager does to trick there cooperate into thinking they are doing their jobs on time when they really aren’t… 10 min waiting still haven’t been talked to about the order I’m here to pick up….
