My partner and I dined in recently after a recommendation and couldn’t be happier. The buffet was small, but everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. I particularly enjoyed the fried, breaded, pork pieces. Everything I selected tasted great. We live in Albuquerque but will be visiting more often.

Stopped by here when I was passing through on my way back to California, absolutely starved as I had not eaten all day. They were getting ready to close but I was welcomed in to eat at the buffet. The food was delicious and the ladies working there were so kind and accommodating. When I was ready to pay, I was given a to-go box and offered more food to take with me. Truly amazing people and a delicious buffet. Highly recommend.

Stopped here to have dinner with family, this place has run down to awful. Thought we would have a good dinner. Ordered Hot and sour soup was horrible. Nothing was appetizing. Paid about 75$ for food we didn’t even eat.

The food is always delicious and the service is perfect at a good price. This time, rather than get the buffet, I got the moo-goo-gai-pan with extra mushrooms, steamed white rice, and lemonade and took half home for dinner the next day. It was so healthy and delicious!

Experience was marginal.
Staff was friendly and responsive but too much of each food was put out at a time resulting in lukewarm offerings.
The food was either just not great (sweet & sour pork was tiny pieces that were mostly breading, crab rangoon had an odd sour taste, and chicken teriyaki sticks were just too umami, like somebody went nuts with the fish sauce in the marinade) or seemed mass-produced, like the desserts. Nothing was actively bad, just not hot and not really delicious.
The fresh fruit offerings were fresh and tasty, and the ice cream was fresh and at the ideal temperature for serving.

The family finally returned from vacation!! The wait was worth it, though. The food was AMAZING as ALWAYS. The people are ALWAYS so nice and inviting. I feel, that’s what makes the experience of eating here more enjoyable. I’ve been coming to eat at Canton Cafe since I was a little kid with our family on Dad’s payday. What a great memory ❤️ ❤️ I imagine, it’s like that for most people. I always try to eat something different but I have my favorites
