Got the pizza home and it was great! You can definitely tell that the ingredients are all of good quality.
We got the Spicy Devil and the garlic knots. The spicy devil lived up it’s name, especially since I’m kind of a wimp. Next time I’ll get a straight up pepperoni pizza, which I think should be part of the menu.
Side note, did not love the ranch. It has a very distinct flavor that doesn’t agree with me.
Overall, the pizza is definitely of good quality, the crust steals the show, but it’s a little pricey for the size so I won’t be able to go very often.
The margarita pizza
Uncured salami and jalapeño (knots? Sticks?)
The blueberry oats
The margarita pizza:
I’ve tried lots of margarita pizzas and have only found two that can maybe top this. Unfortunately both of those pizzas aren’t local and I have to travel to get them.
The margarita pizza from bluebird is amazing , 9/10. I love the crust, the amazing texture, I love how chewy it is. I love how the sauce and the cheese are well prepared and made. Overall this is a great pizza, I will be making more visits in the future to try their others.
The bread knot(?):
The one of the owner(s)/chef asked me to try an idea he was hoping to put on as a special
It was an uncured salami, jalapeños, and cheese. It used the same dough for the pizza (which If I haven’t already stated. Is amazing). It almost gave me, high quality jalapeño cheese bratwurst, in an even higher quality bun. I have also fallen in love with this item and I hope they will make it a monthly special. 10/10
The blueberry oats:
I want to preface this with a fact about myself. I don’t like sweets. I’m not a huge fan of the Costco
Cookie because I think that is way too sweet. With that now out there.
The blue berry oatmeal, is amazing. It isn’t overly sweet, just right to enjoy the other aspects of the oatmeal itself.
Side note:
They make thier own crushed red pepper flakes, OMG I’m in love
The ranch is also homemade and of such great quality, I might be sticking what is left in the fridge for future meals along with their homemade pepper flakes. The pepper flakes are 2000/10 btw
In conclusion:
The pizza is 9/10
The bread knot(?) are 10/10 (please add it to a special menu..)
And the finally the oatmeal dessert, while it may be really good, I would probably only go for the pizzas and side dishes
I expect myself to be going back to try every pizza within the next two weeks and it may become my biweekly day off meal
Thanks for reading!!!
