I rarely leave reviews, but I had to this time! The young man speaking in the drive-thru was incredibly kind and respectful. He even came up to the window just to say he hoped we enjoyed the recommendation he suggested, which was such a thoughtful touch. The young woman working the drive-thru was also so sweet and welcoming. Both of them were extremely patient and had such positive attitudes. Customer service like that is rare these days. You can tell they truly care, and with attitudes like theirs, they are definitely going to go far! We were there around 9 pm, and will be back soon!

You only get one chance to mess my food up. There are 20 restaurants around you that sell the same product, i chose you. I ordered no onion, no cheese, extra pickle. And i get plastic cheese and onions on a sandwich i was suppose to eat. 3rd restaurant to lose my business. I’m not driving back in traffic on my day off, after getting home. It’s definitely not my way.

Went here to grab a bite to eat and everything wad fresh and made the way we ordered. The drive-thru was fast and they were very busy. There prices were high but I guess now everything is. $10 bucks for a burger combo and $5 for a kids burger meal.

I paid $15 for 2 sandwiches and a fry only to get home 30 minutes later to not be able eat my sandwich due to it being made on molded bread! Trying to figure out why they were this careless about keeping their products rotated and checked daily. The whole management team needs replacing if they can’t do something as simple as FIFO. Also you have to order their fries without salt because I also couldn’t eat the fries. There was so much salt on them. It’s just the level of “Oh well” that’s put into the food prep. I bet the only time they actually care is the day they have inspections.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Scarlet for absolutely killing it at work. Even during the rush, they stayed calm, friendly, and on top of everything. My order was right, fresh, and came out fast but what stood out most was their energy. You can tell they care about doing a good job and making people feel welcome, which honestly makes a big difference in a fast-paced place like this.
