This restaurant should be out of business immediately or a change in management has to take place. There have been multiple occasions where my food has not been up to par. But today was the last straw with them. I ordered a Turkey bacon ranch sub with classic lays, i received honey ham and baked lays. This is lunch break hours so who has the time to take the food back with multiple usc students and workers. This is unacceptable, I couldn’t eat the food that i paid for because it was inaccurate!! & when you call to try and resolve the issue the manager places you on hold for 20+ mins so you’re forced to hang up. & Again this was an online order & the receipt had my name on it with incorrect items in the bag. I’m so disappointed. This was the only opportunity I had to eat on my lunch break and now they have ruined it. I hope this place gets shut down or new management seriously.

Was very hungry after a 14 hour work day and wanted to go for something simple. Ordered online because I didn’t have energy to drive 0.9 miles from my hotel. Order was delivered an hour and 15 minutes later with expected wait time of 30 minutes. Philly steak I ordered is completely gross (IS COMPLETELY GROSS because I’m still looking at this pile of sorry crap and it is NOT appetizing) wet, cold and uneatable. Worst experience I ever had especially for 30 bucks for a sandwich not including a 10 dollar tip to drive less than a mile!

Wow, this restaurant should be out of business! The workers were incredibly rude, don’t know how to take orders, and don’t care about their customers! I got a “build your own” sub and asked for only turkey, peppers, lettuce, and tomatoes, and mayo. I got to my place and it had onions and CHEESE! I’m allergic to cheese and never asked for any cheese! Spent $11 and had to throw it away! Waste of money and time! Will NEVER be back!

I am disappointed with Firehouse in Harbison. I went at lunch time. I ordered a bowl of potatoes soup and a small sandwich for carry out. Let me tell you, the bowl of soup was half size and the bread of the sandwich was old and hard. I can’t eat it . The service and cashier very unprofessional and she got mad because she place my order wrong. I think they’re worker stealing the food over there… Be careful where you eat people…

Do not order or go to this Firehouse Subs, they do not care about getting your order accuracy. Not only did they mess up my actual sub order but they didn’t verify the accuracy of the order causing me to not have all my food delivered to me. The manager on duty was a scapegoat who just wanted to blame the driver and pretend that she did everything right. This Firehouse Sub has been reported to corporate for the issues as well just so everyone knows they are not selling 20 oz sodas they are selling 16.9 Oz ones

I can only think of one other sandwich that was better than this one, and that was when I was about four years old and my mom made me a ham sandwich to eat after playing in the pool all day in peak southern heat. Not kidding at all when I say this probably changed the trajectory of my life. And supporting firefighters on top of an already stellar experience? Count me in every time. God bless the firefighters and may God personally shower the person who made my sandwich with blessings. Cheers to a great restaurant

This has to be the first time I bought a 30 dollar beef and cheddar sandwich with absolutely no beef on it. I really hope this screw up was a one off because I do like the place. 30 bucks, tip not included for some bread. Be sure to check your meal before you leave so this doesn’t happen to you. The first time I’ve ever been disappointed here because it is a great place.
