I absolutely love this place, and I love the people that work there. Super funny and sweet and kind, just an all around win for sure. If you’re looking to splurge get the big kahuna which is crab meat and hollandaise sauce with two poached eggs? Heaven.

Clean and the service was fast; food came out within five minutes of ordering. We ate around opening time on a weekday and were one of two customers in the restaurant. Later in the day and on a weekend, the service might not be so quick.

We had an excellent breakfast at Brian’s waffle house. I had the potato pancakes which were really delicious comes with a side of bacon sour cream and Apple sauce. My wife had the yogurt parfe but lots of giant blueberries in it. The service was great the food was great and altogether beautiful morning . By the way our server was Rose and she did a great job.

Brian’s always manages to get their customers taken care of. You won’t wait long to get a table. The food is good and hot. Prices are in line with shore prices. I personally enjoy the coffee refill to go that they offer after your meal. Pictured is Brian’s Big Bonanza. Enjoy!!

Great breakfast spot! A family favorite when we visit the area. Food is consistently very good. Pancakes and waffles are like homemade, fresh and perfectly cooked. Home fries are delicious!! Service is almost always friendly and quite fast, almost like fast food! Prices are higher than what we would spend at home, but that’s a vacation town for you. Plenty of seating, even for bigger groups, even some outdoor seating. Highly recommend!

Better than average waffles, fun staff. A good place if you want food much fancier than waffles. Right on Dune St (Ave?) and thus central to a bunch of other commerce and a short walk to the beach. The only reason it is not five stars is it is a bit pricey (as we would expect from a beach side cafe).

This place is amazing, I go here for breakfast whenever I have the opportunity to. the atmosphere of the restaurant is comfortable and clean. Service is great, I love the young faces. They are super nice and ready to do their job, very very friendly. Food is quick, delicious and plentiful, I had one of my favorite waffles here at Brian’s. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
