My family and I have ordered here about 3 or 4 times. This last time was horrible. The driver dropped off our food and rushed away quickly. I sensed something but I chopped it up because it was raining. I touched the boxes and they were cold.!?!
I open the cheese pizza box and it looked as if my youngest got her play dough and made cheese on top of the pizza . The next box, (yep, that’s why the driver looked goofy) garlic sauce every where. The box was wet. The pizza was soggy. The pizza even gave off a smell. I closed the box and called the store. The guy that answered the phone was rude. Before I could get a complete sentence out, he told me if I wanted another pizza, I needed to come to the store. All I wanted to do was speak to the manager please Sir. I spoke to the manager, he seemed unbothered . So instead of attempting to take Thursday off from cooking, I am cooking. I hate wasting money and my time. Tonight was one

Tried the New York style pizza twice because of the ads. The quality of the product is mediocre at best. There are many choices in the area. Suggest making another choice. Only did it for my kids, but they deserve to know what decent pizza should taste like.
As you can see from the picture, they can’t even cut it right and the presentation leaves much to be desired.
Bummer. Was really looking forward to a NY Style pizza. They should be banned from advertising it as such.

Pretty pricy these days without a coupon or deal. Always ready on time. Great as leftovers too! Wasn’t a fan of the stuffed crusts, regular crust is good though!

I normally purchase from Pizza Hut but decided to try Papa Johns ‘the works’. I have no idea though how it tastes since they delivered a cold pepperoni pizza. I called the store and told them what happened. After keeping me on hold for 1/2 hour and making me call back 3 times, the gentleman on phone then tells me he is alone and can’t send out correct pizza. He said he’ll credit back my card, but I can tell you after this experience I’ll never order from a Papa Johns again after this experience. Its super supreme from Pizza Hut for me.
