Neon Greens is not just a great spot to have a meal, it’s am excellent event space with wonderfully curated menus, a lovely space that doesn’t need decor to dazzle AND comes equipped with a wonderful team. Feeding 50 people and entertaining them with farm tours was incredibly simple and the menu was so vegetarian/vegan friendly with many gluten free options too. Can’t recommend this enough as an easy way to support local.

Wow. Wow. Wow. Amazing. The best food I’ve had in stl in a hot min. I’ve sworn off any outside food for a year now. But today I was really tiered and didn’t feel like cooking I was searching for somewhere genuinely healthy not “chipotle healthy” and through the reviews of somewhere else I found this place. My friend and I walked in and we were kinda overwhelmed cause we had no idea what to get and off the bat we had the most amazing team member (with great red/orange hair) help us out. We got the shawarma bowls and customized it a little /!: let me tell youthe second we got home and had the first bite my friend and I were in AWE!! Soo healthy so fresh so tasty !! I’m not vegan or anything but love fresh produce and healthy TASTY FOOD and this was exactly that !!

Love their hydroponic system tour! The foods were fresh and delicious. It’s different from other salad restaurants in town. The Thai basil vanilla with matcha ice cream swirl was also very good.

Really enjoyed Neon Greens! I ordered the Thai salad and it was so fresh, filling, and delicious. The star of the show was the matcha basil oat milk soft serve! It’s the perfect amount of sweetness without being overpowering. I’ll definitely be back in the future : )

Fresh ingredients, deliciously paired serving with greens, grains and the perfect amount of sauce or sauce-less (whichever floats your boat). I thoroughly enjoyed the shroom shawarma is avocado. Super filling; I enjoyed half and took the remainder home for dinner. Of course a pineapple palo santo kombucha was the appropriate beverage to finish off my meal. Absolutely divine every time.
Oh, the vegan peanut butter cookie was tasty as well.

I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS PLACE!! Never thought I’d say that about a salad place but Joe stay it’s blown my mind.
My partner and I went there for a date night and we had the best experience. The salad is so fresh and they build them right in front of you, kinda Subway style. Everything was so refreshing and full of flavor – and very filling! I had the seasonal July salad and he had the mushroom bowl. We couldn’t skip dessert so we had “the works” on their Thai basil + matcha swirl soft serve. Fun fact: it’s made with oat milk so the lactose intolerant, such as myself, can enjoy this delicious treat 🙂
It was so good we ran it back a few days later. I had the protein bowl and it’s literally so filling I couldn’t finish it, had to take it home.
So glad this healthy option is in the area. A new favorite has been found and 10/10 running it back again and again!! 🙂

This place is very unique on a few levels. Breakfast menu is created by Biscuit Town and it is out of this world, while the lunch menu is created by Neon Greens. I have tried The Rise’n shine biscuit, and it is by far one of the most tastiest biscuits I’ve had. Every single component of the sandwich is made to perfection. Highly recommended.
In addition, tasted the Umami Hash Browns, and the flavors were amazing. Who could tell that hash browns can be this elevated.

We were passing through St. Louis and I Googled “best healthy food near me,” and Neon Greens popped up — and wow. I thought we had the best salads back home in California, but this place completely knocked it out of the park. The entire team behind the bar was genuinely warm and welcoming, and a special shoutout to Emery for crafting some of the most incredible salads I’ve ever had. Truly a solid 12/10 for both customer service and salad artistry .
