The sandwich was so big I decided to knife and fork it, and go lower carb. Very yummy breakfast while I wait for the yarn store to open.

Go for the breakfast sandwiches. They’re huge and delicious. Plus there’s mouth-watering bakery items, coffee, and locally made kombucha. The atmosphere is bright, with windows overlooking the corner of First Ave and Cedar. If you’re from out of town, it’ll be on your places to return to.

Delicious food. We got a cinnamon roll to eat after our lunch, but we took a bite and couldn’t stop. Lol. The sandwiches were big and delicious. Everything we got that day was amazing.

SUPER CUTE AND COZY. Amazing coffee, they had stay in mugs and to go cups. The food there was also amazing, fresh baked goods, sandwiches which were LOADED and tasted wonderful. They also were extremely helpful when wanting a substitution for a sauce on the sandwich recommending others that would work!! The coffee (a hot vanilla latte) was also not burnt for the espresso and not to sweet nor bitter and just tasted wonderful!

This is our first time to Idaho, we love this bakery!!! I don’t think I’ll ever drink mocha again without cayenne. Wow!

We really enjoyed our breakfast here. We split a breakfast sandwich and Quiche and it was a lot of door for two people. Both were great but the quiche stole the show. It came with a salad that was fresh and delicious.

The coffee/espresso was also very good.

The prices are a bit high but the food was definitely worth it and very fresh.

THE SANDWICHES HERE ARE HUGE!

I had the breakfast sandwich and my husband the turkey and both were very dry bread.

Other than that everything was wonderful.

If I ordered something with a croissant maybe ask them not to toast it? Not sure if they use the older ones for sandwiches or the toasting is a little too much. But they taste stale and dry on the sandwiches we ordered.

The regular bread sandwiches looked massive I would try one of those for sure.

Order something with avocado expect to get the whole avocado and that’s surprisingly awesome.

We also tried the gruffin 10/10 if I would have known I would have bought a dozen.

We also had the croissant with the cookie inside I believe. It was I think the best hands down!

All in all I would come again if I were in the area. Quite possibly the only place I would go in that area for the pastry alone. I would just make sure to order in a way to avoid a few things.

We had a fantastic lunch and spectacular bread & pastry. The parsnip garham marsala soup with a drizzle of fragrant olive oil and sprinkles of toasted pumpkin seeds was outstanding. Their sandwiches are also delicious and super thick. The meals were ready super fast and the service personnel were always smiling and eager to help. Their breads are the best I’ve seen for a long time. Awesome!!

Bluebird Bakery was a really wonderful place and the food was excellent. I was truly disappointed that this establishment felt the need to post a sign: “love lives here” as well as a flag representating inclusion based on sexual identity.
I go to a restaurant to enjoy good service and eat good food. I do not need to be subconsciously indoctrinated on issues that do not relate to the quality of the restaurant.
As a firm supporter of “live and let live” and “freedom of expression”; every business has a right to decorate as they see fit.
I also have the right to choose which restaurants I will regularly visit and those that I will avoid if the atmosphere [signage] stands against my core beliefs.
It is unfortunate that all businesses do not simply provide good quality merchandise and excellent service based on nothing more than a moral code of conduct.
As a Christian, I have a moral obligation to love every member of society whether I agree with their lifestyle choices or not. It does not mean that I need to support those lifestyle choices.
When you hang a sign in your business establishment that displays your support of something I cannot fully support, it tells me that I am supporting it by supporting you.
I support the kind and considerate
treatment of all others, not based on anything, but a moral code of ethics I call “human decency”.

Fantastic atmosphere, incredibly nice staff, and delicious pastries and coffee. They have definitely mastered the French pastry. When I walked in , the line was rather long, but service was fast and efficient. I was highly impressed with how quickly the lone moved and how effectively the staff worked. I now know why the long was so long, everything exceeded my expectations.
