Great Experience!
Vicki was absolutely amazing at the front desk — very friendly, welcoming, and such a lovely personality. The service made the visit even better. The pizza was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Overall, it’s a great place to visit and definitely worth coming back to!

I can’t believe it’s been five years since we first came here and I haven’t wrote a review yet! Mark and Vicky always make me feel back at home! The food is always made fresh to order exactly how I like it and is very consistent. I tell everyone when you’re in Vail you MUST eat at Chicago Pizza!!!

Ordered three large pies for Super Bowl Sunday. Ordered ahead and picked up way in advance (3PM) to avoid the rush. The service from ordering ahead to pick up was great, but unfortunately our family was extremely disappointed in the pizza. All three pizzas had barely had any tomato sauce and were seriously lacking in flavor. We ended up throwing away more than half of our order. Made the last dinner on our ski trip a true let down.

You can’t get any worse than this. From customer service to actual product. The Pizza is terrible, no effort or flavor. I asked for extra crispy wings and they sent me burnt and soggy wings. I don’t even know how that is possible. I called in to let them know respectfully but the owner felt the need to curse at me because they sent burnt wings to my residence. Not only did I tipped $10, the 16” pizza and wings , 2 ginger ales was $71. Outrageous.
Not only my wings were burnt, they were spoiled.
I recommend Alphine Pizza. Better customer service and way better food. I’ll also select the local McDonald’s over this.
I own a food business myself that sells chicken wings and no employee/business owner should curse at the customer. You never know who you are talking to.
Please do better.

Stopped in Vail last week on a recent road trip and was craving pizza, which is the norm for me, so I asked one of the workers at the hotel for a recommendation. They told me to try Chicago dog food company, I mean Chicago Pizza.
They have one of the worst pizza places in all of Colorado. Little Caesars is a close comparison in the food quality that they use. I should’ve read the reviews first. If the dough is premade, find another vendor to get better dough. If the dough is made in house, someone needs to be fired or learn from someone who knows what they’re doing.
I would rather eat a ham and cheese omelet MRE if I was starving and had a choice.

Local pizza place, local owners, friendly service, and great pizza. Owner was attentive and engaging. Pizza was large, good amount of toppings, crispy crust, and great taste. Thank you, Vicki, for the pizza!
