So disappointed at this location. My order was messed up so I googled how to contact someone to fix this or get a refund because i did not have time to go back. Google suggested that I call the location that I order from so I called this location three times while they’re still open mind you, they do not answer and there is no support or refund option in the app very rude very unhelpful. payed $13 for this to be wrong.
Edit: they replied to me with no help just saying “we hope you decide to come back” Not offering any refund or assistance/credit for my order. Insane…

We usually go to this location, but we just left, ordered about $40 worth of smoothies and she refused to take our cash, we’ve never had problems before paying with cash even $50’s and $100’s because we usually buy for 4-7 people. Our smoothies also were not made right this time. Highly disappointed and now have to find a new smoothie place for when we are out and about.

good evening I just left one of my favorite places to go west pointe smoothie king of course I cant lie I came in yesterday as well 9/15/2025 the pineapple surf is my favorite however I took a chance on the vegan with spinach ginger ecc the young lady with glasses who worked 9/15 around 11am yesterday was working window and counter that’s why I’m always giving them grace because I know it can become overwhelming when a lot of people show up but anyway she made me the best vegan ever I was pleased the other two workers that was working on setting things up like cups ecc were very very polite as well when I asked for napkins they gave with a smile very welcoming today 9/16 Nick made my vegan it was just as good his whole team was very polite willing to correct any mistakes if there were ever any I like how they are about satisfying the customers keep up the great job y’all and people show grace to the staff be a lot more patients if you know you cant spare 10min on a line to wait then maybe you shouldn’t chance it its not cool blaming the staff this location can get a bit busy I go there a lot .

Ordered the Keto Champ Cold Brew from the drive through. Not sure how long it had to sit after it being made for it to become slush floating in the middle of some watered down cold coffee, but we were waiting at the drive through window for a while. Not terribly impressed.

This is my favorite smoothie king. There’s a drive through and my drink is the 20oz mango ginger metabolism boost for $7.29 (18g of protein). I’ve been doing a weekly, 3-day liquid fast for the last 2.5 months. I’ve primarily been drinking this smoothie and water. I’ve lost 55lbs so far with very light walking. It’s been incredible! I know smoothie king has a reputation for being sugary but it’s been working for me. I’ve been struggling with IBS, acid reflux, headaches, stomach aches. This smoothie makes me feel so energized and healthy.

This has nothing to do with the workers, they are doing the best they can do under the circumstances. They are severely understaffed, only 3 people working during one of the busiest seasons for this type of work. The one guy is literally running in and outside delivering orders to their cars as well as taking orders for the people inside. No reason why a 50 million dollar company can’t afford to staff their stores at a livable wage.
