I ate at their food truck when it came to Untappd in Lincolnton. I got the pretzel bites with the crab cheese dip and it was really good. The portion was the perfect size to munch on while drinking a beer and not wanting to eat a whole meal. The service was quick and the guy working inside the food truck was nice.

It was a good sized portion and tasted fresh. I think a bit more acid (squeeze of lemon?) and a variety of textures (toasting the bun) would make this a five star sandwich experience.

Had the crabcake sandwich. It was okay.bun was soft. Lettuce crisp. Kind of one note though as far as flavor. Also had the mac and cheese with crab. The ritz on top were soggy. Seemed unnecessary. The fried onion was on point and worked really well. The shells and sauce. Delicious. I couldn’t see any actual crab in it and it didn’t really have that crab flavor at all. It was just “ok.”

I am from Maryland and have been looking for a decent crab cake in the Charlotte area for years. Finally! The crab cake is perfect – mainly lump crab meat with just enough binder to hold it together, perfectly broiled, and the homemade remoulade is a great touch, too. As terrific as the crab cakes are, the best item on the menu may be the cream of crab soup. Great flavor and I don’t believe I have ever found so much crab meat in a soup before. In short, the food is fantastic and Michael, the owner, is fun to chat with, too. Looking forward to following this truck around Charlotte!

When you only sell one item, it had better be good and this is. In Jefferson Georgia, my wife and I both had Drunken Crabs i.e. crab cakes in crab soup from the food truck and we both liked it. Cakes are almost all crab. Pretty expensive for a cup of soup for $16 each. Minus one star for value but plus one star for proper mask usage and posted health department score of 100.
