Was veryyyy disappointed with sumrall wards i repeated my order 3 times pulled to the window to repeat it 2 more times the order wasn’t right first off I asked for a medium size. The handed me a small I said no that’s wrong after paying as she went to replace from small to medium the young girl said its 89 cent more that is not what the price difference is so I told them just keep it an left. Then my childs popcorn chicken had a burt taste to it….. very said yall use to not be this way an try to rip others off after you made mistakes.

My first time visiting and I didn’t quite understand the menu. I purchased a burger it was extremely small. It came with no lettuce or tomatoes. It came with ketchup, mustard and onions. The worst Wards I have ever been to. Just moved to Sumrall from Petal and I ate Wards alottttt. I’ve been here for 2 years and EVERY SINGLE TIME my order has been wrong. I explain what I want and they still mess it up. Idk how they aren’t shut down. Oh, prob bc Sumrall barely has anything here as is. The worst. My biggest issue with Wards in Sumrall is they pour their root been in a jug before serving it. This causes it to be completely flat. It’s glorified flavored sugar water by the time you get it. I make them get mine from the fountain which seems to aggravate them because it foams up, but isn’t’ that the point?

I’ve given this place four tries and decided I’ll never go back.
Their chicken in the chicken sandwich is has never filled more than half the bun and 3x was so dried out along with the bun you could tell it was sitting under a heat lamp all day.
Their burgers had no flavor to me what so ever.
Their pulled pork sandwich is a good flavor, but you’re likely to get it dried out and hard from being under a heat lamp.

I ordered a small Popcorn Chicken and a large ice water ! $10.14 I was like how much ? So then I said if you did charge me for a large drink for sink water…Can you make it a Coke ? I love wards and recommend everyone give their “Big Ones” a try. This particular wards makes the food decent enough but I strongly suggest checking your order before you leave. I visit this location about once a month. When I went last week I got a quarter burger combo extra mayo & mustard . And my daughter ordered a little one combo with extra chili no onions. We get the food go to drive off realize they forgot her drink. No big deal. They give her the drink. Then we go to eat our food they forgot her fries. We turn around and she gets her fries. She then opens here burger before we leave again. The burger has barely any chili and is packed with onions. They fix this problem too. By the time we get to drive off and I start eating my food is cold and burger is dry barely any mayo and mustard. Normally they aren’t this bad its usually just a forgotten fries or wrong size drink. A quick easy fix. But last week jas me seriously doubting their service. I do want to stress that they were all very nice and apologetic and had no attitude about correcting things. I understand sometimes things just go wrong so will try again. Will update after my next visit.

Ordered a hamburger got a very cold burger that was like rubber and the chili dogs for my guest was cold as hell. The only thing that was going to be hot was the fries because they were cooking them fresh . The other food had been there for a while we requested our money back and gave the nasty food back .it turned me off from ever eating at wards again.this place made my experience a disaster!!!!
