They need to stop sending orders through doordash. There is no control over the quality of driver and I have repeatedly had my food left on the ground when it says “hand it to me”. Food is still good but can the pizza delivery place please do their own deliveries?

The service here was absolutely terrible. I let them know what I was there for. The guy with black tar on his teeth tells me the just hit his screen, then he proceeds to say it’s be there 8mins. Which is not a problem, but he informed me it would be about 15 to 20mins. I said okay, walked out and sat in my car. I came back in after 20mins and seeing their delivery driver leave and come back. Once I walked in after 20+mins of waiting is when he decides it’s time to make my pizza. He didn’t say anything to let me know there would be more time to wait. By the way the delivery driver came right in from a delivery and did not wash his hands and immediately started making pizzas with bare hands and touching screens etc. They really have to do better with the bad practices at this location.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Kept receiving updates via door dash where times keep changing. Pizza arrived warm and order was wrong. It has green peppers on it. I’m allergic to them. Tried calling manager at store and no one answers. It just keeps disconnecting you. Front line workers can’t help. I’m going to bank tomorrow to dispute charge. Guess that’s why they have bad reviews

Very disappointed in papa John’s we ordered delivery tonight and it was horribly disgusting! the pepperonis had such a strong smell it made me sick to my stomach the kids wouldn’t even eat it wasted $40 on some wings that weren’t even cooked all the way a 2L of Pepsi that was flat the only thing that was good was the cheese sticks… I would appreciate it if I got a refund for this food we received.

The young lady working right now (2:15pm) i think made my papa bowl. … It’s PERFECT! THANKS! It’s not dry and hard like it always is at another location i go to ONLY for convenience. And as always i got friendly service and my food is good!

I’m never ordering another pizza from Papa Johns again if they’re going to use Doordash for delivery. When a Papa Johns driver delivers a pizza they knock on the door and hand you your food straight from an insulated bag, as hot and fresh as possible.
Doordash drivers casually toss your pizza on your doormat and immediately walk away to send you a text message, as if it was an Amazon delivery, and not hot food. They don’t even knock on the door. Not even with a nice tip. Not even with specific “hand it to me” instructions (which were added by the Papa Johns website, not me).
I know this is more like a review of Doordash, but I think it’s important for Papa Johns to know how their brand is being represented by their outsourcing. Doordash has literally always disappointed, and I do not use their “service”.

This place is definitely under staffed but the two guys who were here were absolutely KILLIN IT! They were prompt and professional with the customers and you could tell they were overwhelmed but still on top of absolutely everything. I found out they’re names are Kent and Nathen, these guys need a raise!

No cheese on half of my pizza I was immediately greeted when o walked in but no one came to assist me for about 3 minutes. They did look busy making pizza. I am regular here but I was highly disappointed. I paid $22 for that!
