This is a popular and busy restaurant in the Hong Kong airport food court. There are lot of choices offered. Though it says thai the dishes are heavily Hong Kong / chinese flavoured.
The ordering was quick. There are numbers for each item so it makes it easy to order. So no language barriers come in between or no confusion on what to order.
The price is ok fair. About 100 HKD for a meal with soup and water. Approx. There is also a separate line for airport/airline crew at sligthly disounted prices.
I ordered Thai roast chicken with rice and soup. I took the chili and soy sauce from the counter. During the peak times it is tough to find a space to sit in the food court .
The chicken was fine and rice is good. Soup was a bit watery but ok. All in all 4 stars for food.
Fast service.
Not a authentic thai experience but fair overall.
The facility is clean and well maintained.
Has a good ambience, decor and several staff working in a fast paced kitchen, which tells this is popular place and we can be sure of being served fresh food.

Ordering experience was quick as I used the self ordering kiosk. Food was fresh and quickly made. For airport food, the food wasn’t too bad and priced fairly. Obviously not the authentic thai experience but bettered than you expect in an airport. The shared eating are was clean and well maintained.

The chicken is dry, the hash brown is cold, and the watercress honey is literally tasteless, not sweet and no smell at all! I have never had such terrible experience! The toast and the scrambled egg are eatable. The best “dish” is the baked beans.

Wow this place has a lot of bad reviews and I’m not surprised. Just surprised that Hong Kong International Airport would allow this standard to continue. Counter staff were rude and unhelpful. Food was not matching the photo and tasteless. Roti was soggy & overpriced. Hygiene standards are not met as the staff put a cup of sauce on top of the roti. Simply put, do not support this place. Rude is the main thing. Just lucky to be near the escalator (as I’ve seen another comment mention).
If you are going to work in a restaurant at the airport and serve people who are traveling, at least try and be nice – or else go and work in security or construction. I also work in hotels and restaurants and I’m so disappointed to have given business to such an unfriendly establishment.

We got the hainanese chicken rice and it was so good! The chicken was very soft and flavorful! And the serving was really big!

served obviously raw chicken in the curry, then two men working there had the audacity to laugh in my face and argue that it wasn’t raw when i asked if it could at least be reheated! the cashier also tried to argue. as you can see it was pink and squishy, inedible. luckily, finally the manager allowed me to trade it in for two wraps (premade from somewhere else) instead, but horrific overpriced experience. don’t support this place. i wish i could give 0 stars.

This restaurant has a separate vegan menu and stands apart from the rest of the crowd which barely have one veg option. This itself is worthy of 5 stars but the food is delicious too. Highly recommend the mixed vegetable thai curry with rice. Been here twice at this point and still 5 stars!
