Went in today, and experienced such amazing service from the employees. Specifically Sarah, she showed amazing kindness, and was very helpful for my whole order. I have worked in the food industry for a couple of years now, and i’ve never experienced such good service from an employee as good as Sarah’s. She definitely deserves recognition for her amazing hospitality and excellent service.

If Sarah is not the manager here she should be! She is so kind, courteous, and accommodating. She has helped me out when doordash messed up my order. She is a great example of exceptional customer service that I feel other places are lacking today. Makes the $15 sandwiches worth it. Thanks for all your help!

This store has gone so downhill with terrible training resulting in inaccurate orders. I ordered a med with chicken. The ticket on the bag is correct but my sandwich is missing the chicken and the hummus. It also has not very much artichoke. We’ve been going here for 15 years. Past few have been not great. But missing the chicken and the hummus? Both my sons worked at this store when in high school many years ago. You need to do better. Oh, and since it was through UberEats the management says they can’t reimburse me. Though I’m sure, if you really wanted to, you could have at least offered a coupon for another visit. You have lost this family’s business. Too many much better places around here to mess with bad orders! I am left hangry right now.

I would say 100% make sure to order in-person. I don’t eat Potbelly often it’s more of an occasional thing if I’m near by but every single time the mobile order is wrong. It’s also not like they’re missing 1 ingredient or something it’s always the weirdest things. This most recent time we ordered a Cubano – there was NO meat in it?? We also ordered a Chicken Club – there was NO chicken in it?? Just doesn’t make any sense. Plus, every time we go back in and say what we’re missing it’s almost as if it’s such a burden for them to fix it. Get new management ☹️

I would never order my sandwich online again. This is the second time I’ve spent 24 dollars and they messed up my order. The first time I ordered a pizza sandwich with no mushrooms, bacon and toppings. They kept the mushrooms, didn’t add bacon and there were none of the toppings I wanted. I just ordered a big Italian with extra cheese and bacon, and extra toppings, I didn’t get any of that. Their online service really sucks.

We love going to this location along with a few others throughout the suburbs. This location’s seating arrangement is one of our favorites. There is a lot of seating and it’s pretty spread out. The food is typical Potbelly’s, it’s delicious. This location is very clean and the staff is very friendly as well. We love this location because of those reasons and it’s close to home.

The staff was friendly and helpful. But…everything looks like it’s never been wiped down. I needed a high chair for our infant, and it was absolutely disgusting with crusted food all over it. The pop tasted metallic and gross.
