Yikes the one calzone looked like maggots and felt slimy I was scared to even taste it The overly breaded boneless chicken sauce was good but the chicken had way too much breading and the ranch dressing was also a hit I wouldn’t try the calzones again but Inwould definitely go back for the Garlic dipping sauce two stars because of the dipping sauces and even though the cheesy bread had no cheese on it the bread was good and went great with the garlic sauce other than that we couldn’t really eat or enjoy anything else

This was our first time ever & we were impressed! The gentlemen at the place was so polite, understanding and delivered the food on time as promised. Everything was super hot and fresh. The calzones had the perfect crisp. Cheesy, lots of cheese on everything we got lol. It definitely made more as a takeout kind of place(especially for younger kids) as everything comes in boxes & its very bland inside, but the jams where cool for the atmosphere we would probably come again especially for the Roni rolls!

Honestly this was the last time I am ordering from D.P Dough, I’ve tried to give them the benefit of doubt lately with their service but it has gone downhill terribly. I’ve been getting food from here for 5+ years an I remember a time when you actually received the portion size you paid for, or the correct thing at that. Last week I ordered from them after not for a while just to give them another try. I ordered a BBQ Steak calzone , that’s all. I got my order an it was made just like the calzone I asked except the steak was replaced with chicken. I instantly threw it out and called them to let them know and they put me down for a ”Make it right” order. Today I placed an order but upon calling an explaining my “Make it right” order the lady was very rude with her tone of voice almost as she was bothered I was getting a free meal for their own mistake. She told me it would be 45 minutes, after an hour an a half we were about to call to ask where our food was but the delivery driver showed up. We get a ring on the doorbell an I go to answer the door and the food is just sitting at the bottom of my door and the driver is bolting out of the building for the apartment. Not an apology for the inconvenience/delay.. nothing. Just dropped the slightly cold food off at the bottom of our door.. “Fresh baked since 87” .. more like late since 87.. the memories of this place were golden but there are much better calzone options in the area , I’ve stayed for long as a customer but now I take my money elsewhere..

Everything I’ve tried has been amazing. The dough is soft but crispy, fillings are generous, and they don’t skimp on cheese. Prices are solid too considering the size of the calzones.

Been waiting over two hours for my food. Now I can’t get ahold of your store for a refund or anything when I was told it was out for delivery fifty minutes ago which also means my food is old.now an edit finally got it didn’t follow directions left in the cold my food is COLD and to top it off I attached a photo of some long blonde hair that was in my food.

So I placed an order , waited 45 mins , then headed over to pick it up . We were greeted by a tall dark haired women , who seemed out of it . Once she figured out what we ordered , we were then told they couldn’t do the order . Wait , what ? They had an hour to figure this out . We will not be back

I open up my Facebook to find a post circulating about all the vile activity that takes place in this establishment. I am absolutely disgusted at the fact that I was eating this food. I was a loyal customer but not anymore. I will take my business elsewhere.

Coming from a person who loves all things carb and cheese, this place was a bust. 0 cheese in the construction zone calzone (I did not select the large NO CHEESE option). The dough is underbaked, tough and had no rise to it. Just flat, old dough. Additionally, the Hook It Up option just added a blanket of dry and slightly herbed “cheese” sprinkle. Honestly, one of the worst crusts I have encountered. I hope that this was a one off bad experience, but I’m just traveling through the town and will never know.
