What a delightful surprise. Just looking for a locally owned dinner while passing through Oshkosh. We sat at the counter and got to see all the action in the kitchen. What a fun experience and one of the best dinners I have had in a long time.

Unfortunately, I feel as though the pizza quality has gone downhill as this establishment has grown. I tried twice. Not great. Salty, not as fresh as it used to be, expensive. Friendly staff.

I saw a friend eating their pizza and had to try for myself because it looked so good. I ordered takeout mushroom/honey pizza and canolis. I was too hungry to snap a pic before I dug in. Service was quick (15 min between order and pickup, 3 pm on a Sunday). Food was phenomenal. I didn’t think they do curbside, though the website for takeout shows that as an option.

Very good food and energy in this restaurant. I came for restaurant week 2 days in a row. The first day was to enjoy the features of restaurant week. I give that 7.5/10. The next day was to enjoy the pizza and the gelato. I gave that 10/10. Definitely coming back to try the pistachio, pasto pizza that was out when I went. We had the mushroom honey pizza, and the hot honey pepperoni pizza. Soooo good. Ty parm for the amazing food and experience. ✨️

Enjoyed the gluten free hot honey pizza. If I lived closer I would get this once a week. Doesn’t taste gluten free and I appreciate they have more than just the traditional toppings for gluten free. Service was amazing and our water cups were always full. Highly recommend if in the area and in the mood for pizza.

A small, unassuming place. The waiter was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about the everything in the restaurant. Elegant music played in the background. The food was amazing! I had the hummus appetizer with a fire roasted tomato topping and homemade pita. My sons had a meat, cheese and fruit plate, which they thoroughly enjoyed. My dinner was linguine with meatballs. My sons had chicken pesto and lasagna. For dessert we had cannelloni, gelato and fried donuts. We took home four containers, and my son finished his within the hour. The wine list was extensive, but the roads were snowy, so we didn’t try those, the bourbon, or any of the specialty drinks. There was a wall by the register with bottles of wine, bourbon, and Jolly Good soda. I have likely missed some things, which I will look at the next time we dine out. I may try one of their fancy pizzas. This is one of the best restaurants in town — definitely my favorite!

We had a gift certificate and was very appreciative of it. It helped us to discover a wonderful dining experience. I had the Pesto Chicken, which was wonderful, amazing flavor. My husband had the Wood Fire Lasagna which he said was very good. Our waitress Ireland was amazing. Parm is fortunate to have her as an employee. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Very sweet and attentive. I gave the atmosphere a 3 star because it didn’t really do anything for me. It looked more like a takeout place. Looking forward to going back and trying their pizza.

I’ve been back twice over the last 2 weeks, I just can’t stay away! This is one of those menu’s that has food memories being created. The meals that you’ll crave and wish you could have all the time! Pizza + apps + salads, etc… I haven’t had something not be great, even with seasonal / changing menus. Chef Saray makes it a point to be personable when he is in too and takes care of each guest with the same care he puts in to his restaurant! Top food place in oshkosh for me these days + would recommend for any wedding as his team served our wedding too!
