I seem to always have something wrong with my delivery order, or it doesn’t show up at all. I’ve told myself too many times “just give it some time and it’ll get better”, but it never does. I waited an hour for this last delivery. The time kept getting pushed back until I eventually got a notification saying my order was cancelled because the driver experienced an unexpected issue during delivery. This has happened too often when ordering here; it cannot be a coincidence.

I went in to pick up an order. It took 50 minutes to get the order. During that time, the employees looked liked they were having a great time. Only 2 seemed to be working to get orders filled. When I walked in there were probably 10-15 ppl. When I left, they were just leaving. Some had been there over an hour. For chicken! I had a Popeyes drop my order when I came in and received in it in 10 to 15 minutes. An over 30 minutes way for 2 tender boxes is crazy

-The Fanta not strong.
-I had the meal that included a biscuit but didn’t get get a biscuit.
This was all $25.90 too. I’m not coming back to Popeyes for awhile this is Terrible.

Once I pulled up to the speaker, I sat there for 6 minutes, before someone even greeted me. After I ordered, I was told that my meal would take 12 min for the chicken to be ready, instead, it turned into 40 minutes. Luckily I had my son with me and we were able to catch up. This location is below average

To go order. No utensils for my red beans and rice. No napkins. No dipping sauce for my wings, that I paid for! Will pick another restaurant next time in town. Oh and it took over an hour for 12 wings. And staff don’t care. They get paid No matter.

Please go ahead & shut this location down, it’s horrible. It shouldn’t take an hour to get some chicken that was ordered on the app, almost 30 minutes before even getting to the restaurant. This is every single time I come here. It doesn’t matter if you order ahead of time or not, prepare to wait an hour. No line or nothing, just 6+ employees, running around, playing, on their phones. It’s a mess. Just close already. It’s ridiculous.

If you want to wait long minutes to an hour most of every time you come it’s on you . The food is good at times then not so much other times it’s like a rush and roulette type of thing with this place . The only issue I have is the chicken is rarely ever crispy . Other than the the workers overall are nice every time I come .
