Wow!!! Great first impression!!! I called last minute on a Saturday night and spoke to a sweet girl and was shocked to have a half baked deep dish in just 25min!!
When we arrive, not only was the pizza ready to go, but the general manager spoke with me and gave us a beautiful salad on the house!! he was full of information about their catering options and so cheerful and excited for us to try their homemade vinaigrette that you can also buy in the bottle. I totally will be doing that because it’s perfect. The pizza was perfect. The service was perfect and I’ll be back with the customer service loan was 1 million stars.

The pizza is excellent the crust just everything!! I’m Italian and take it from me it was Great!! Also there boneless chicken Buffalo wings are great

My wife ordered a pizza over the phone and dealt with Olo who she said was extremely pleasant. When I stopped in to pick up the pizza I dealt with Olo also and I couldn’t agree more with my wife. Great customer service and great food are what we have come to expect from this location and that is what we received.

Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes with hardly any acknowledgement or update on my order. Finally flagged an employee down and asked about my order. Minutes later someone came out and handed me my food without a bag or dressing for my salad. Not to mention my pizza is cold. I’ve been a food service worker for 15 years, I am a very reasonable person and understand more than anyone what it is like. Transparency is key. That was unacceptable and I won’t be back.

This was my first time visiting this location. I’m not sure it was the owner or manager who helped me but he was so helpful, pleasant and very informative. I came in for their salad dressing and he was giving me so much information and tips for their salad dressing and their salads. It felt like a presentation but genuine and I was impressed. I highly recommend this location.

I was so excited they have a gluten free option. I have celiac disease so am limited. This is the Chicago style gluten free deep dish.
Comes with sausage “extra” cheese? And buttery crust. It tastes ok. Nothing to write home about. Definitely not worth the $24.95 for a small.
Now to the service. I ordered curbside delivery. I wasn’t exactly dressed to run in. I parked and waited checked my email to find out how to check in. No instructions on the app where I actually ordered. I then sat there and waited and waited. After 15 minutes I went in to inquire about my curbside delivery. The girl at the register instead of just getting my food gets someone else. Now this person starts asking if I called? I said no it didn’t tell me to call I checked in. Then I am told some people call. I am all ready angry and now it’s my faulty for not calling. I again ask where my food is I spent $70 on. (Food for those who can eat gluten included in order) he then tells me I am sure it’s ready. Again I ask so where is it?? Then they go get my food. I will never return here again. I am also concerned about cross contact and how sick I may get if this is how they treat there customers.

Definitely disappointed with our pizza tonight. Thought this was going to be our new favorite as our first order, deep dish pizza was absolutely delicious. Ordered a thin crust half sausage, extra sauce. Pizza came cold, extremely bland and definitely no extra sauce as there was barely any sauce on it. Will definitely think twice about ordering from here again.

I placed a pickup order for one large half cheese half sausage pizza. I waited 30 minutes past my ready time only to get a cool pizza. I watched ten people pickup orders as soon as they walked in the door. I’m a grandmother babysitting my grandchildren. I usually order from Tinley Park. They always get me my order on time and warm out of the oven!
