I LOVED this place! I often get hotpot and this was definitely on point. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by attentive and nice people. We did not have to wait. Their restaurant was clean and cozy with led lights. Our server and meny other people helped us and checked in on us. We already knew the broths and I was pretty sad there wasn’t a tomato broth because that is a classic and my favorite but the Korean seafood broth, Szechuan broth, and the mushroom broths are wonderful. The food is also brought with pretty small portions but I liked that because you could try and get a variety of items. Overall, I will definitely be coming back for this delicious meal. 10000/10 ✨⭐️

I have been to Kpot many times by the one at Southridge mall, so this place was a new experience for me! The seatings by the window were very pretty especially the snow!
Pros: We had a server named Nora, she was very kind and consistent with our table! 10/10 service!!! 10/10 environment as well!
Cons: The food by the Southridge location seems to be of higher quality. Maybe I just have sensitive taste for food but I can kind of tell a difference of the quality for food… the food was still decent though so don’t let this review bring you down into not coming!

Exciting new restaurant in Wauwatosa giving you either a hot pot option, or Korean BBQ option. Either option, you’re going to be absolutely stuffed afterwards as there is also a buffet of appetizers such as egg rolls and French . My broth was hearty and so were all the selections of meats, vegetables and fungi I chose for my hot pot. My server was very young and meek and always seemed to only duck in. She didn’t bother showing me how to turn on the warmer, so my broth got cold until I asked an older adult staff. The place is huge with plenty of seating and excitingly decorated with lots of neon.

We just went for the first time and the waitress in the front was very helpful with how things worked!!! they were super kind. we got to our table and were treated by the most AMAZING server Tina!!!! She was very kind and informative. her personality brightened whole day. we did the K-Pot and we ate all of our food. We will definitely be coming back!!!

I usually don’t leave Google reviews, but I had such an amazing time at this location that I had to share my experience! Our server, Tina, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure our group of eight had everything we needed throughout the meal.
The food came out quickly, which we really appreciated. Since some people in our group wanted hotpot while others preferred barbecue, we ordered both — and it worked out perfectly! Everything was delicious, and I loved that the atmosphere wasn’t smoky. I especially appreciated that the grill was changed frequently to keep everything clean and enjoyable. It can get a bit loud during rush hour, but that’s expected and didn’t take away from the fun at all.
We’re already planning our next visit — definitely a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience! Highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. The service was great. Our waitress was warm n welcoming. She guided us all the way on the art of mixing your own sauces for your meat. A “MUST TRY” for anyone who loves Asian cuisine.

A new location in the north side of Milwaukee now I don’t have to go to the south side. Clean restroom and ample parking. Very spacious and nice buffet for the kids. You can get a free meal if it is your birthday. +- 3 days and also party of 4 or more. They will come around and sing you the birthday song and give you a slice or cake.

Don’t write lots of reviews, but this was a TERRIBLE first experience at KPOT. I have been to MANY KBBQ restaurants and never seen anything like this. It’s like they shaved their brisket still wrapped in plastic then served it to us?! While cooking our meat, I noticed long stringy things in our food and realized it was PLASTIC cooking WITH our food then we found some on our food we had already cooked so we most likely ate some!!! Not only did our server take 10+ minutes to first come to our table after we were seated to explain how to order on the tablet they provide, the “Manager” was dressed in street clothes?! Zero identifiers that they even work there nor anything you’d expect from a food service restaurant… I have never seen that before at a place where a meal costs $32. Super UNPROFESSIONAL coming from someone with 15+ years in the food industry.. we were offered a whopping 20% off. My family will not be returning.

I came to this location for dinner with my friends. We did the kbbq but we will be coming back to try the hotpot! They had endless high quality options, my favorite being the beef bulgogi and spicy pork belly. They also have an appetizer bar offering seafood boil, chicken wings, and desserts. Our server Fave did an amazing job! We always had our drinks refilled and she was very tentative. Staff had our food ready quickly, they worked efficiently and they were friendly. They atmosphere was fun and welcoming! I highly recommend, we will be back!

Not much to say other than that both the hotpot and KBBQ were both solid. If you’re at all interested in trying it- the lunch option is perfect. It is really not that expensive and is very much worth the 2 hours you get.
