Some of the BEST pizza I’ve ever had!
The service was great, our server was extremely friendly and attentive!
The pizza was not too firm or limp, and the crust wasn’t too hard, excellent quality! The flavor was great as well. We ordered the “Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza”

Customer Service at its finest. The pizza is absolutely delicious. At Napoli they give you a choice of a thin crust which is New York style or a regular crust. I chose a thin crust and it was made to perfection. If you know what you want they will accommodate your desires. Great patient employees across the board . I can’t wait to try their other dishes, they have a high end menu made with quality ingredients, again , just like a New York taste which is impossible to find in Pennsylvania. Try them, you won’t be disappointed!! And they have homemade meatballs and sauce !

Ordered a so called Large 16” German Pizza.
They need a measuring tape!
$24.87 it had very little Steak Meat, (which tasted like hamburger) Hot Cherry Peppers…not Banana Peppers and asked to have it well done (crispy crust) none of that happened. Called and the person on the phone assured me it was Steak meat.
We won’t be going back…
So disappointed ☹️

There are many restaurants that serve quality food. But most places don’t also have quality people to match. Napoli Pizza is one of the few places that does. I go there for their delicious pizza (I get extra cheese and homemade meatballs on mine), but I stay because I feel welcomed and valued, as both a customer and an individual. Napoli Pizza is an establishment built on qualities like authenticity, kindness, and a love of serving other people – both with dinner and a smile.

Ordered a large taco salad for almost $17 worth maybe $10 pic added, I also ordered a whole cheesesteak also over $16 worth less and not as large as they said, also an order of large fries bag was half full, we paid over $36 for that and hardly any food just not right in my opinion and will not go back. If you want us to support you as a local business then do the right thing.

What happened to your cheese steak? What used to be one of the best cheese steaks around has gone way way down hill. The bread is terrible! What used to be a nice roll cut in half or kept whole is gone. Even when you order a whole, you get two rolls. The meat used to be nice pieces of steak, it now taste like dried out steak um meat. What a shame. Go elsewhere for a cheese steak.

I’ve had an absolutely horrible experience. One of my friends left a review of the food he ordered for us and was completely disregarded by the owner. They not only have cold food, but their food also made his girlfriend sick. Their customer service is only looking to bully into giving better reviews and not actually giving better customer service. After looking at others leave negative reviews, I wish I saw them before actually eating their food.
I will NOT be answering any phone calls from the owner, not because I want “hide behind a keyboard”, I don’t want to deal with the HARASSMENT. I left a review of my experience, it will not change with you trying to confront me.
My comment to the owner: if you have such a problem with negative reviews, then just do better. I have worked in food for years and I’ve never seen reviews that you are actually trying to gaslight and distort what people have experienced during their visit.
