Downtown Rock Hill and a neat clean dining room provides a nice atmosphere. Self service asking for a tip before food is tasted or service is given is off-putting. Food is good. A choice of bread would be nice.

Paid $50 for three sandwiches (2 combos). Someone in our party accidentally dropped the sandwich due to the sticker sticking to the drink after only one bite. Staff refused to make another sandwich. Did not even offer a discount. They initially said they would make a replacement sandwich but after waiting a long time, we inquired about it and the said that they would not replace the sandwich. Not good business practice. Would not recommend. I will go somewhere else with friendlier staff.

The lady with the blue-ish teal hair was super rude and had an attitude, seemed liked she didn’t want to be there. The other guy was super nice when handing us the food. Establishment was clean and put together. Overall food and vibe was good, service wasn’t.

Food is really good. At 5:45pm, they had all the chairs upside down on the tables. Not a great dinner view. (If I were franchise owner, I’d be livid). Asked for salt & pepper on sub, told they have packets that i could put it on sub myself. So odd.

Ordered a lunch for a big team placed the order at 10am for 26 people-was ready by 1215.
Food was phenomenal. First time I had Jimmy John’s and I have to say that I was not disappointed at all.
If you have a large group or you need box lunches, they do a bang up job and their cookies are kick ass.
Actually, I’m gonna stop on my way home and get one of their cookies: white chocolate chip with regular chocolate chips, but this white chocolate chip that’s also in it really really good. I’m actually rambling now.

What’s the lowest I can rate ,I got 2 giant subs so my family could eat for basically 2 days ,these were the worst subs I have every gotten from there ,I have 1 1/4 of the subs left that we are not gonna eat ,37$ , one of the guys was nice ,respectful, but the one who took my order wasn’t/ they usually pile lettuce on with lots of onions- nope , all I can say is watch your sandwich being made if your gonna spend money there

The food here is always delicious and the service is excellent! I dropped half my pickle tuna sandwich today sadly, it slipped away but the half I got to enjoy was amazing as always. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

I was in the area last night and really wanted Jimmy Johns. I had stop coming to this location because every time I would come the managers Tiffany or Michelle would take so long to either take my order or make my order. Michelle was normally very rude and Tiffany just very lazy and talkative. However last night I decided to take a chance and I’m so happy I did a young lady was in there working alone and still managed to greet me with a smile and get to my food fast JUST HER. I think her name was Kayla. When I asked was she alone she just smiled and said “yes ma’am since 5pm but it’s ok I’m fine” I felt bad for her but proud because she honestly handled the business with respect as if it was her own. The restaurant was clean and calm unlike when the other 2 are there where behind the counter is trash on the floor and it just would seem so chaotic. I just wanted to make sure I gave this young lady her flowers she deserves it great job.

Food was good unless you get your sub toasted. The toaster will burn it. This is not the fault of the staff. Hopefully Jimmy Johns corporate will figure out that most folks don’t like their bread burnt

This place is a hit or miss. Every time I place a delivery order I have waited over an hour each time. Order An hour or so before your lunchtime or you won’t eat. The food is good though, that’s why I keep ordering. (Tuscan Wrap with Jalapeño chips)
