I had a very disappointing experience. I tried to be polite, but the employee had a very poor attitude from the beginning. They sold my daughter a cup of fruit that tasted like Pine-Sol, which was extremely concerning. When I called multiple times to address the issue, they kept hanging up on me. This is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves a child. I expected much better customer service

Great and very delicious ice creams, several sorbet options/fruit popsicles, nachos, walking tacos, Mexican corn, all very tasty. Wonderful small business and very welcoming. Feels a little like a well known local “secret” that I would gladly visit when in the mood for something sweet and refreshing or quick and savory.

It was going good and i was excited until this young women she was nice and I got the three Maria’s and when I was asking her if I could js not get the dressing or the stick shi kinda got annoyed and I didn’t think anything of it because it was hot so I could understand but then I got a Dubai strawberry cup but then like she put so much powered on the cup I couldn’t really enjoy it and I got a ball of ice cream and she just rudely gave it to me and then the total was $31 dollars and I was shock.

This used to be my go to every week with my kids but there’s a lady that makes the entire experience unpleasant . She rushes you and serves very poorly. Always with an attitude. For that reason I rather drive to the new Michoacana in shorewood! Ladies are very nice and welcoming!

This location has great made to order fresh fruit cups and fresh juices you can pick the ingredients. Always a great visit. Staff is very helpful and were very kind to my guest who is a senior who had alot of questions.
