Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. May as well be its own store. Doesn’t feel like a chain, super well made drinks ALWAYS, foods prepped really nicely. Not to mention they’re kind as could be. Truly some nice staff.

New to the area, but as someone who was a regular in Darien and Norwalk locations, I was shocked at this one. Maybe it was the time of day, but not only was I NOT greeted, there was literally no eye contact. Maybe it was a bad morning? That was a few days ago. Today I had someone pick it up for me because I don’t even want to go inside anymore and I noticed not even a cute little greeting on the cup. Not my name, not “hi”, not a thing! Oh, well….

The workers were so rude! They kept rushing my wife, then once she ordered they were just behind the counter complaining that they didn’t want to make her order (it was just a simple pumpkin chai), and at the end handed her the WRONG drink. awful service.

First time here, walked in and was greeted immediately. Staff was dressed for the holidays looking very festive with bubbly personalities . Atmosphere was very nice and my order was done well and fast! I can see why this place is rated high and had to leave a review as well. Will come again! Thank you!

We order from Starbucks at least 1x per day (order are always between $15 – 20). Today my daughter ordered a refresher without berries. When she let the barista know that she ordered it without berries, the barista used a dirty spoon to scoop out the berries and then added lemonade (refresher is with WATER). The barista was RUDE and mean and my daughter was scared to ask her to remake the drink the right way. This is NOT the way to treat paying customers at a chain that is doing poorly.

Minus many stars for the spring 2024 remodeling – it feels sterile like you’re in an airport, and now there’s just a single door right by the pickup counter vs. two before which felt more open. The more spacious yet cozy setup it had for over a decade was the definition of a small town coffee shop. Nitro cold brew was pretty foamy too. I’m a Starbucks fan overall, but not this location.

This review is not targeted at the local Starbucks. The employees are very professional. This is a comment on starbucks in general. I just purchased a Grande regular coffee. $3 + tax. The POS system suggested a minimum $1 tip. Assuming a minimum 33% tip is ridiculous and I assume will result in a decrease in overall tips. Further, the plastic lid did not attach to the cup tight enough and resulted in spilled coffee on my pants and my car’s center console. Starbucks should assure if customers are paying $4 for a product that probably costs them 20 cents the product should be flawless. I wish the workers at Starbucks a very happy new year and suggest that they convey this to their management.
