Food is usually pretty good, you almost always get your entire order, the coke freestyle machines are half the reason I go here though, the red cream soda is awesome. Hard to turn down a Baconator, fries and a red cream soda. Wish they stopped price gouging, but ALL food places are doing it right now(though popeyes is not as bad).

Sadly this will be my last time eating at this location. Bad customer service, I’ve eaten at this location a couple times in the past, some visits okay, others were bad but this time around does it for me, after almost finishing my burger I saw the burger meat was still RED, if it’s still red when the burger meat is so thin, than they must’ve just flash cooked it and rushed it out? Like how can you not cook w burger through all the way?
If you’re going to eat here, PLEASE check your bag and food apparently if it’s correct and cooked all the way through.

Tonight 8:15pm on 11/9/2025 whomever the female worker is that you have working at the window taking orders. either was not trained properly, she is either giving out extra orders to her friends, or she does not know how to do 2 things at one time. she is taking one order at a time. while the other workers are preparing she is just standing there not taking orders or anything. we kept yelling into the intercom we did not get a hold on, wait, nothing . the. as we drive around to the window she still talking and laughing with the car in front of us, they pull off now she wants to tell us.” I apologize I was with a customer” excuse me we are all customers. and I’m waiting to spend my money just like the car full of boys in front of me. Then as she was taking our order she hadn’t even started taking the order of the car behind us…just stood there. I will not becoming back to this Wendy’s. you’re not monitoring the production of your workers nor are u training or checking up on their work progress because it’s horrible. which says a lot about your company.

I sat in the Drive-Thru stuck between two cars for 15 minutes. One car in front of me at the speaker and one car pulled up behind me and blocked me in so I was trapped. It takes about 5 minutes before they even take the order of the car in front of me then they immediately asked me to wait to take another 5 minutes before they actually take my order and when I pull away from the speaker there’s not even a car at the window. They are obviously way more concerned with making their service time numbers look better than pleasing customers. So I decided just to drive through without getting my order went to the Arby’s right next door and was a lot happier got better food and half the time avoid this Wendy’s if you’re in a hurry

This location is not great. Every time I come they mess up an order. Today they were telling every order to park in the front and wait for the food. Our entire order was wrong so they came out and walked to the front, we told them we were missing a drink, they had to walk back inside, someone came to bring a receipt to make sure we were in fact charged for the drink, we let them know the order was wrong and we had to wait for them to slowly walk inside, and again come back out. Just a dumb process and so much for fast food. No motivation to just do the job right the first time and there was only the car before us, us, and the car after us. Not busy and 11:30 at night because by the time we finally left it was 12:02

It’s shouldn’t take over 15 minutes for an order when it’s not a rush time. But that seems to be the case every time with this location. Nothing ever seems to be prepped. Also be prepared to be asked to wait up front as to not ruin their drive thru times as they choose to restock cups instead of getting orders out. As well as them not being able to remember which order goes to which car.

Service needs to be very much improved. Came in to have a meal with my family and while waiting I saw that one of the workers had dropped a burger, picked it up, gave it to the worker that was wrapping the burgers and they just wrapped the burger in a different wrapper. At this point I lost my appetite and no longer wanted to order. I wanted to get a refund for my kids meals but was told that they couldn’t do a refund that I’d have to call the company to ask for one. I decided to just keep my orders but asked the shift lead on duty if she could take care of my order. I also brought up that the worker wrapping the burgers touched the dirty wrapper that fell on the floor and then continued to touch the rest of the food that was going his way. This food was going to the drive-thru. The shift lead told him to wash his hands and change his gloves. When he came back he yelled back at us, gave attitude and rolled his eyes saying that he didn’t touch our food because I requested that the shift lead finished my order. The cashier that took care of us was Named Rey, he was the one who picked up the burger after it fell on the floor. Victoria is the shift lead that helped get things settled. Made the rest of this experience a bit better. Anthony is the worker that was wrapping the burgers and that yelled back at us and gave us attitude. I’ve worked in the food industry over 10 years and I’ve never ran across this kind of service. I’ve never thought it was okay to give this kind of service. Fast food or not there is a standard of cleanliness that should be followed. Shift lead , Victoria, is in the picture. The other workers were moving around during the time I took the picture.

I came at 11:45pm on 08/27/2025 and they were already “closed” and as I’m waiting writing this review at 11:54pm I saw the Blackmore come out with the order I was picking up for delivery and hand it to his friend, check who you hire as the employees are the face of the company and this doesn’t speak well for an establishment.

On 8/2/25 and I’m sure any other day…I ordered through the drive thru and they sent me to wait at the front. Along with 3 other people. I saw the guy bring out 3 other orders before mine. The manager needs to fix this and have the food ready more quickly than to have me sit out front with everyone else. The worker having to bring out the food shouldn’t have to go in and out to bring people their food. On top of it….I didn’t want to park in a parking spot. That’s why I chose the drive through duh!
