Probably one of the better subways I’ve been to. Bread was super fresh, it made the entire building smell great. They put the perfect amount of meats and extra toppings on it. The girl at the register was super kind. Place was very clean.

Nice friendly staff, always fresh bread and made to order sandwiches. The only negative is the location which sometimes suffers from all the traffic trying to get in and out of Chestnut commens.

Ordered a meatball boss sandwich and it was totally cold! I called the store, the staff acted indifferent to my complaint and wouldn’t give the number to the corporate headquarters due to it being a “private” number. I will never go back to that particular subway store again.

This is one of the best subways I have eaten at in the entire country. Our sandwhiches were made accurately, efficiently, and not messy. The staff I encountered ( 2 women) were friendly and helpful. I visited around 2pm on 7-13-2024

This Subway use to be good until they got new employees. My order is not that difficult. My order was a 12″ tuna, provolone, lettuce, black olives, red onions, and tomatoes. My sub had pickles, no olives, and absolutely smothered in spicy orange dressing. It was inedible. A little organizational skills goes a long way.

I have been eating lunch at Chestnut Commons Subway almost every day for about 14 weeks and I must say that Anna who works during the day is the absolute best! She is always smiling and friendly and remembers exactly how I like my subs. Anna deserves a raise!!! Thank you Anna for always making my lunch break the best!

I really have no details about my service because we didn’t get any! We stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes while the 2 people behind the counter practically ignored us. One of them was making a sandwhich…for who I’m not sure as there was no one else there. The other person was wiping down the counter and didn’t even acknowledge that we were there. So…we left and got Domino’s!
