I’ve been going to this Wawa for over 15 years and never had such an incredible experience as I did tonight. I stopped in New Years Eve at about 915 for a hoagie for my wife and I after some work complications came up earlier and we had to skip dinner. The place was swamped and you could tell the staff was short with the holidays and stress levels were high. Zach and Danielle absolutely crushed their jobs and provided amazing customer service during that rush like I’ve never seen at this store. I don’t ever leave reviews, but how they handled everything while keeping an incredibly calm and charming demeanor made me feel obligated to write this. Awesome job guys and to whoever looks at these reviews higher up in this company, those two deserve a raise and you need to get more people like them. Awesome job and happy new year!

I seriously don’t know how wawa is new jerseys go to. Terrible food, jacked up prices, and they cant figure out how to properly inventory and stock the store. Don’t waste your time. Whatever you need they don’t have in stock. Just go to quickchek.

I use to come here everyday. Now since they hired new people for second shift. They forget to add stuff to your sandwich’s, burgers. I asked for pickle and bacon on my burger didn’t get that only ketchup, cheese, and bbq sauce. Didn’t give me any ketchup for my fries liked I ordered. Never coming here again

I went to wawa after a long day of watching 4 kids, I just wanted to relax and enjoy my night and eat some cornbread. But as soon and I get home and open that bag ready for the wonderful cornbread and a movie….but noooo I take one look at it and it’s moldy. Serving moldy food. You could get someone seriously sick from that!!! Thank GOD i saw that before eating it.

Great during the day, but if you’re a night shift worker or stop in after midnight, more often than not you will be standing at the counter for a few mins while the workers clean or are in the back. Tonight, a couple mins had passed before the guy mopping got on the headset to tell someone there was a customer and to tell them he was goin to pump someones gas. He than dropped the dirty mop handle which landed on the apples. They run a very skelaton crew after 11pm who are responsible for cleaning and restocking as well, which i get, but i am also on break and have limited time standing around waiting to checkout.
