The flavor is not bad. The amount of shrimp served is good. The soup was very tasty. The rice is a tad bit undercooked, and the veggies had zero crunch. They’re too tender. The hot sauce tastes like ketchup with crushed red peppers.
Update: I went today to get something quick but not considered fast food. They’re out of chicken. I find that incredible, considering there are THREE nearby supermarkets with chicken for sale.
I’m done with this restaurant. I’ve been there about 5 – 7 times, giving them the benefit of the doubt and supporting them in their local business. But there comes a time that, as a patron who has had to continually settle, I have to stop visiting a place to send them the message. Some businesses do not take customer reviews seriously. Those are the businesses that do not survive. Good luck to them.

Large portions for the price. Friendly and fast service! We ordered Teriyaki Chicken, Teriyaki Beef, Chicken Broccoli, and Egg Rolls. The chicken was a little salty but still good. The teriyaki sauce comes on the side. Will definitely come back again

I usually go to this restaurant at least once sometimes twice a week to get some Mongolian beef and lo mein. In the past three months quality of the food has really gone down. I understand they had to raise the prices but not lowering the quality of the food.
The Mongolian beef is basically fat… With pieces of meat hanging off… It’s so disgusting.

I love their food but the young girl at the drive thru tonight was rude. Never said thank you and basically scrolled on her phone. I forgot one piece of my order and had to yell thru the closed window to get her attention. No smile, nothing! I know this is a family owned business but
she needs to be trained in customer service.
The older lady that worked the window for years was very nice!

I don’t know what kind of people leave four star reviews you must have not left Dalton to eat anywhere else because this is absolutely the most god-awful food I have ever tasted in my life The meat was like up ball of dog meat the chicken is canned chicken the only thing that was for real was the shrimp and I got sick The taste was awful the place is absolutely hideous My girlfriend is Japanese and this is not Japanese food I can promise you that! DOG FOOD AT BEST

The food smelled delicious and the lady at the drive thru window was lovely but I wasn’t at all expecting the food to taste like actual garbage. I ordered shrimp lo mein, because I mean, who can mess up shrimp and noodles. Well this place definitely can. My first bite literally gagged me. The shrimp tasted rotten and the noodles were very over cooked.
