The atmosphere at BC Pizza is cozy and inviting. I ordered a gluten-free cheesy bread about 15 minutes before arriving and was told it would probably be a wait. Yes, it was quite a wait once I arrived to pick up my order. I was appreciative for the empty large cup they gave me for the soda dispenser so I could drink some water. At last the cheesy bread was ready, most expensive cheesy bread I’ve ever encountered. They charged me for a sauce but didn’t provide one, so I asked kindly for a sauce and was handed a ranch sauce even though I had asked for a marinara sauce. The cheesy bread was pretty good, but quite a small portion for the price. The melted cheese topping was sliding off the crust, when my boyfriend and I were eating the cheesy bread. Disappointing cheesy bread for the high price.

I had gotten a pizza delivered and the order was wrong so I called back. They said they could run me out another one or I could get a free one at another time. So I said, I would do a free one. I always get the same thing. When I called, they told me I had to order something with the pizza, so breadsticks for 8.00 in order to get my free pizza because it was delivery. No one said that the first time. So he said, you can come in and get it. I just told them to forget it.

Went in around 11:22 noon yesterday ,Thursday .
Anyway I so enjoy eating at,BC Pizza.
This was the 1st time at this restaurant.
I want to share a beautiful meaning experience I had with an employee .
I was eating my ,Slice of Pizza , when a lady that works at this restaurant, was picking up the dirty plates .
When she was picking them up ,she lifted her head and had the most beautiful eyes and awesome smile .
Kid you not as she smiled her beautiful eyes twinkled.
Way too many times employees forget to thank or even greet, customers .
They forget these tiny little gestures that go along way .
It does for me anyway.
This employee ,( lady) was also refreshing the salad bar ,plus bringing out fresh pizza at times .
In other words ,she goes over and beyond ,doing her job ,plus making customers feel good and welcomed .
Smile,greet,your customers even on heavy steady days ,you never know ,who you are attending .
I genuinely felt welcome ,with this lady .
I pray that I get to go again to this same pizza restaurant.
A note to this employee ,keep your smile and twinkle in your eyes , Mam .
It makes some of us apreciate hard working employee !
