Pretty solid spot for authentic Taiwanese food. The braised pork rice is comforting and flavorful, though it is drenched in rhe “brown” sauce.
Service is friendly but they are very pushy on ordering some specific dishes. Overall, it’s great to have a place like this bringing real Taiwanese flavors to the area.

Tried this location because it was in walking distance from the hotel. It was definitely not my favorite food. The service was very nice and I do believe that was the owner that was super kind and very friendly to me while I was there. Their prices are very reasonable, but let’s get into the food. I started with the crab Rangoon and I didn’t like them. Not only did they lack in flavor, but they also seemed a bit oily. Next, I had fried chicken wings and they were just OK. They were fried too hard and I don’t know how long the chicken had been sitting. I also had a shrimp spring roll and it was mostly vegetables and very little shrimp and again it tasted a little oily. For my main entree I had the happy family, which was supposed to be one of the chef’s specialties and it was really lacking in flavor. I did not like the taste of the meat that was Inside… not the chicken, nor the shrimp or the beef. The best part of the entrée was the vegetables. Overall, I was really disappointed and I would not return.

Family owned authentic Taiwanese restaurant. Many choices of comfort food. Have some rarely found dishes such as Toro fish soup 土托鱼羹 and Tainan bha-tsàng (Zong Zi)台南肉粽. No waiting even during peak hours. Street parking (metered) is available on the same side of the street, but somewhat difficult to find a spot during peak hours. Public parking garage is also available one block away on Cattano Ave, $2 for 1 hour.

I’ve been meaning to try Lyn’s Palace for some time. What a nice place! According to the host, they have been at this location for 42 years, serving authentic Taiwanese and Chinese food. My order was prompt, warm, and delicious. Totally relaxed atmosphere, followed by a short, pleasant conversation. Will definitely be coming back soon…

Tried the food from Lin’s Palace, as it’s just across the street from the hotel, very convenient. The restaurant interior needs to update definitely. The food was good and delicious, but the size of the take-out seemed a bit small. The cashier, should be also the owner, was very friendly and talkative. Recommended to give it a try!

One of my favorite authentic Taiwanese restaurants! Super yummy food with friendly staff , and Karaoke entertainment is a plus ! Owner has beautiful voice , ever time I got homesick, I would come here , speak Taiwanese & singing Taiwanese,of cause eating Taiwanese dishes …. Ask the owner what is off menu dish’s of today. Never disappointed me !

Lin’s Palace is the place to go for authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Mr. Lin and his family are super sweet and aim to please. I recommend ordering off the Taiwanese menu. Love the Taiwanese sausage fried rice, the shrimp spring rolls (amazing), steamed fish, and ask what veggies are fresh. The fish ball soup is great on a cold day.

This restaurant emphasizes its Taiwanese cuisine. Indeed, they offer a lot of Taiwanese famous dishes in addition to normal Chinese cuisine. How did it taste? Well, from what I ordered: pork intestines braised with Taiwanese sauerkraut, seafood noodle soup, Taiwanese sausage fried rice and deep fried Tofu. The taste is pretty traditional…. They also have at least 2 different styles of stinky Tofu. If you like Taiwanese cuisine, this is the place you don’t want to miss….

Yep, authentic Taiwanese indeed. Love this spot! Such a gem. The sausage is so good. Chef recommended steamed sea bass and baked oysters. SUPER GOOD and so glad I got them. Haven’t had baked oysters this good for a long time. Steamed fish is really fresh and they brought out the flavor of the ingredients so well.
