Ended up here pretty late at night. Opened until 12:30 am. Small, quintessentially the place to eat. The service was fantastic. The young man that was taking orders, for dine in and to go orders was very informative about what was what. His suggestions were absolutely what I was craving. I got the glass noddle with crab and shrimp. I asked for it spicy which isn’t advertised as spicy but it was not a problem. And it was the perfect spicy. My lady had the me see veggie plate with shrimp and that was so fresh with the veggies cooked perfectly and the shrimp was definitely large shrimp. Table next to us got a fermented pork short rib and offered me a bite. Just wow. We started off with the shrimp dumpling and veggie rolls. And fried calamari. When I tell you everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were out of this world, believe that that they were. I highly recommend trying this place out. Go asap! I’ve added pictures of the menu so you’ll know what you want once you get there. Enjoy yall!!

This is literally the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. I paid $18 for a rice dish that was supposed to have chicken, beef, and shrimp, but it only had two shrimp, and the chicken was practically invisible. I basically paid for a plate of plain rice.

We ordered several dishes via Uber Eats, most of which were very good. We wanted to try the congee with ground pork- our first time ever ordering that dish. What we received was a small container of steamed rice and a very large container of soup with some vegetables and large chunks of pork. I guess maybe I’m confused by the word “porridge” – does that just mean soup poured over rice? Am I supposed to do something to break the rice down, or just let it sit for a long time? Again, we’ve never had congee before but in pictures I’ve seen it looks thick and creamy, not anything like our order.

Original review: Authentic Thai food in Chicago. Tried not alone, but with Thai friends, and we were all amazed by the quality, the flavor, and the price of the food! I am now a regular at Me Dee!

The food is authentic and the atmosphere is chill! It opens until midnight, such a late night saver.
Although their menu seems like the same dishes in English and Thai, but they are different food, be patience on the Thai menu because they are delicious. And if you’re not sure the combination, ask the server, she’s kind and knowledgable~
We had such a good time and will be back for sure.

Local Thai Restaurant that stays open late. The restaurant is a favor among Thais for its rice soup dishes and spicy salads. Many of these dishes can be ordered off the Thai menu. Some of my favorites: salty egg salad, chinese sausage salad, fried fish, and nam fried omelette. The cafe is quite small. The restaurant is clean and cozy. Great food always.

The place serves quick dishes and all are great…! We are Thai and asked for real Thai taste, no sugar as in all American dishes normally have in their everyday dish. Well they did it for us. As the second visit, we got less sugar in our all dishes… We will be there again like forever fan. We ordered a lot but didn’t keep much of the photos…

Got there at 11 pm and was happily surprised with the extensive menu and friendly service. We were the only people at this small place, but while we ordered and had dinner there were maybe 10 to 12 take-out orders prepared and picked up. A couple of them were large.
I came because google maps said they have pho. This place is Thai, not Vietnamese, so no pho, but they are good at what they do have. We had fried Chinese sausage, glass noodle pork and cabbage soup, and celery tilapia, which has a lot more than just celery.
