So my fiancée asked me to come look that there’s was PUBES in the pizza… I thought he was joking but taking a closer look… WE KNOW WHAT PUBES LOOK LIKE!!!!!! My fiancée took it back and got a refund on the pizza but said the girl who took it back acted like she didn’t care like umm??? So now i’m writing this review as someone who NEVER leaves reviews don’t go here!

They have very good pizza. And the prices are reduced as compared to other pizza parlors. However they don’t have things that other pizza parlors have like parnesan cheese or salt and pepper..And so you end up paying for that cheaper price in the basic necessities that you end up not having..It’s kind of a toss up.

Everytime I’m here I drop a quarter in the bouncy ball pinball machine and then pick up my cheap pizza. This time around they seemed to have a new pickup machine where you just put in your code and it opens up the door with your pizza in it. Definitely a classic place to hit up when you’re feeling lazy and want a cheap meal.

I usually avoid this location because it’s usually unclean or they mess up your order and theres always tons of homeless around this location due to the area and the 7/11 right next to it. But its closer than the oakdale location which is my go to & yesterday i went and got a pizza and the staff was friendly and helpful. But something has got to be wrong with their food handling and quality because both me and my roommate have got bubble guts and diarrhea since we ate our pizza and now its day two and it still hasnt stopped. Mind you we didnt even eat everything. And one of our crazy bread looked like someone took a bite out of it. Just to say the least this location grosses me out and this food poisoning just proves it. I have literally never gotten sick from little Cesars before in my life. Avoid this location unless you want a free colon cleanse.

I go to this location often as its the closet to me. The food is usually made fresh, but at times it looks like it was rushed. Outside the location is usually pretty dirty because of the foot traffic and having a 7-11 next door, but the food is what matters most to me.

A business can only ask you to remove your service animal if the dog is out of control, not housebroken, or poses a direct threat to others. I came to Little Caesars on McHenry next to 7-Eleven and I was kicked out as soon as I walked in. She said I had to leave. I could not have my Service dog in her store. I say she because she refused to give me her name.She also said she was the manager and she ran that store. So basically whatever she says is what goes. I asked for a phone number to file a complaint, and she said there was no number that she was gonna give me. I have never been treated this way for being disabled.

The pizza was delicious, the location was clean and well kept. Manager and various workers should retrain in customer service skills. They claim they cannot give out names per policy but I believe this allows them to lack responsibility and accountability for their shining attitudes and tones when serving the community and its customers. Horrible customer service.

It’s one of the few places open after 11pm when I get off work. Every time the workers are friendly and the food good. I love the pizza portal when it works. When it doesn’t it’s not that big of a deal because good service. The only issue is the area. Every time I go, especially later in the evening, there are homeless people wandering around and often standing right next to the door. Usually they aren’t aggressive but I’ve had a few times where they were.
