Owner is always rude. Food is mid at best but cost way more than it should. Coffee and drinks inconsistent everyday is different you never know what your gonna get even ordering through the app. App is crap needs a revamp. You order something with special instructions but still expect it to not be done right. Treats her employees bad. Staff very nice for having to deal with her I feel.

Even though there was only a few people there in the middle of the afternoon, there was a steady stream of customers picking up at the drive-through window.
The waitress was very friendly, and she knew everyone who came in by name. Had a nice small-town feel to it. She was admonishing an old man who came in for not having his cane with him, and then she doted over him like he was her favorite grandfather or something. Very nice.
I took off a couple of stars for atmosphere because the place is in serious need of upgrade or sprucing up, and the tablecloths were some thick vinyl-like material that didn’t want to lay flat.

we ordered very specific food, the cook even came out herself to ring it up so she knew what to do. we got our food and everything is wrong. i’m very picky, so i ordered hasbrowns with veggies and gravy. instead, i got cheesy veggies, biscuits and gravy. the only thing i could eat was the tiny veggie portion. i genuinely don’t understand how that’s not embarrassing to serve.
way too overpriced for the quality. the cheese is disgusting and processed, they put no effort into anything.

Taster’s has been a great place for a long time, however, my recent experiences have left me lacking.
Breakfast, especially very early, is 99% wonderful and the orders are fast and correct. The later in the day I order, the greater the chance of inconsistencies.
I always use the online ordering system to ensure my order is correct and not written down wrong, but that’s no guarantee you’ll get the condiments, and sides you pay for. Check your bag/box at the window. I’ve never had issues getting an order fixed, just not always correct the first time.
Aside from the accuracy, double the time you are given for order completion. If the app/call says 30 minutes, assume 60+.

I’ve been eating breakfast there lately. The biscuits are great and everything else was good. The service needs some polish. Pleasant people, but they don’t know how to wait tables. It appears that the just don’t really know how….no training.

People were nice enough although noisy. The spaghetti sauce was made with strong spicy sausage instead of beef. We just couldn’t eat it or take the smell of it. And like the other reviews it took a really long time and it was not busy at all. Over 30 minutes.

This place is so hit and miss. One day it has good food the next nothing on your order is right. I ordered their special of pizza and a Gallon of sweet tea, then get home and realized they gave me unsweet tea. Then they act like I am an inconvenience for bringing it back. What’s worse is they had 2 managers on duty. Like serious take pride in your job. And manage the workers that’s what you get paid for

Called my order in and was told 20 minutes. Waited 40 and was then given the avalanches and was told to park, it would be right out. 20 minutes later I went back to the window to ask where my order was and had to have the melted avalanches replaced. I got home and the bacon cheeseburger had no bacon, the pork tenderloin looked to be a breakfast chop, all condiments were wrong. am currently waiting again for the correct order, and have seen a kid walk back and forth from the building to the trailer on a semi with a small food tote from the kitchen 6 times now, stopping to conversate with some buddies that are parked also. Spent 40$ on a completely screwed up order, probably close to 10$ on gas driving and waiting and still am waiting 20 minutes later. How are they still in business??
