It’s a Taco Bell, ya get what you get and you don’t throw a fit. But with that being said I did a mobile order pickup here and was impressed! It was right on time, everything was marked well as to who’s food was whose, plenty of napkins, straws and sauce were also given.
The last time I did that was at the Strausburg location and I swore I would never do a mobile order again.
3 stars for atmosphere because it can be an awful place to pull out of and the parking lot is TINY and tight especially if there’s a lot of cars in the drive through.

The kitchen is absolutely filthy, the floor is covered with scrap food and the equipment such as the fryer is disgusting I don’t think they clean it, old grease dripping down it

I did not know that now you need to order online or when you go in to order that it is done with a kiosk. The employees will assist you in placing your order by using a kiosk instead of taking your order and paying the cashier when you done in at a taco bell. Great customer service and friendly environment.

This was the worst taco bell I’ve ever had. My nachos came in a little 4×4 box which has never happened it was literally a third of the nachos i usually recieve(in a much larger container)…both of our grilled cheese burritos were flat as a pancake and had a thin layer of beef and rice and that’s it until the last two bites there was some cheese. Like…dry as hell and the only thing you could really taste was tortilla..the red sauce on our Mexican pizza was almost black and tasted really off and everything else just tasted ….old and almost tasteless. We’ve never had this issue but we usually order from bluebell store and it’s always wonderful. So…Just gonna keep doing that. GROSS.
