Early Valentine’s dinner with these folks was uh-mazing. Lovely gal who normally bartends was our server, just loved her. Very pretty atmosphere and the food is always to die for. The cheese platters are beyond fabulous and since the Falmouth Cheese Shoppe closed…this is the best place for high end cheese selections that will delight even the biggest cheese snobs. The Blood Orange Margaritas are my jam and are highly recommended. Lobster Ravioli was top notch and the Short Rib over Risotto was award winning in my book. Trevi may be small and un-assuming looking from the outside, but of all the finer eateries in Mashpee Commons…by far my favorite! Well done all!

Trevi never disappoints! The food is always amazing — I had the chicken with gnocchi this time and it was absolutely delicious. One of our favorite go-to spots for both lunch and dinner. Cozy atmosphere, great service, and consistently fantastic meals. In the summer they accommodate dogs out on the patio which is always a bonus for a restaurant we love. Although they are a busy little restaurant we’ve never waited for a seat at the bar or a table (probably luck!!) BUT they take reservations on Resy which is recommended as it can get busy. Atmosphere is so welcoming. We love it. Highly recommend!

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 out of 5 — Trevi Cafe, Mashpee, MA

Trevi might want to decide what kind of restaurant it’s trying to be — because the experience swings wildly between “pleasant lunch spot” and “dinner disaster.” Our lunch there not long ago was pretty good: solid menu (very different from the dinner one, as we discovered), attentive service, and quality food. Naturally, I expected the same for dinner. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite.

This was a rainy Sunday evening around 6 p.m., and we were literally the only diners there — hardly a rush, yet everything still managed to go wrong. I ordered what should have been a simple, fresh arugula salad with chicken. For the hefty price tag, I expected at least a decent portion and some semblance of care. What arrived was a sad pile of dry arugula topped with a paper-thin, chewy piece of chicken and what tasted like a squirt of lemon juice out of a plastic pack from a fast food place. Beside the poor lemon attempt, the entire dish was undressed — and when I asked for dressing, I was brought a tiny container… only to later find it added as a separate charge on the bill. That’s right — they charged extra for salad dressing on a salad.

To add insult to injury, the “amount” of arugula in my salad was barely more than the decorative greens served under the appetizers. And while the waitress managed to interrupt our conversation multiple times with irrelevant chatter, we somehow had to flag her down repeatedly just to get our waters refilled.

And let’s be honest — there is nothing remotely Mediterranean about this place. Throwing hummus or tzatziki on a menu does not make it Mediterranean; it just makes it confused.

Overall, the dinner experience was overpriced, poorly executed, and handled with a stunning lack of attention or professionalism. A restaurant that can serve a decent lunch but completely implode at dinner isn’t one I’ll be returning to.

Trevi may look the part of a Mediterranean restaurant, but the only thing truly authentic about my visit was the bitter taste it left behind.

We sat at the bar, where the service was very good considering how busy they were. The House Board of crudites, pita, hummus, etc was good enough. My wife liked her chowder, but she’s vegetarian and hadn’t noticed in the description that includes bacon…otoh we couldn’t taste it either
Her salmon was good but the sides weren’t anything she could recognize.

Great food and excellent service! I wish I would have taken down my servers name because she was fantastic. Service is something that’s lost at most places today, but was wonderful at our dinner! Will be back soon, highly recommend!

We went to Trevi Cafe and Wine Bar in July. They had a nice large outdoor seating space. The tables were spaced out far away from each other, so that we were not near any other patrons. They also had no-touch digital menu for people who didn’t want to touch a physical menu.

We ordered some appetizers, Crispy Crushed Potatoes, and Tzatziki to share. I had high expectation for the potatoes, simply because they looked great! And they did not disappoint. It tasted as amazing as I’d hoped! And Tzatziki was great too.

For main, we ordered Salmon, Trevi Burger, and Braised Short Ribs. They were all tasty, we were very happy with our food. The Short Rib was delicious, and Burger was super juicy!!!

With everything going so well, we decided to push our luck with desserts. We ordered Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Cheesecake. They were out of their regular chocolate chip cookie, so they asked if we are ok with their chocolate cookies. It was like double chocolate cookies, since it was chocolate cookies with chocolate chips in them. We added Vanilla Gelato for additional $2. It was sweet, as you can imagine, great for chocolate or brownie lovers. Cheesecake had pretty layers, rich, creamy, and very tasty!

We had a nice dining experience here, the staffs were polite, friendly, and efficient. At the end, manager came by to see if everything was ok, which I always appreciate the extra effort and consideration. The food was great from the first bite to the end. And we did not feel crowded at any point during our dinner, which was extra plus. If you are in the area and looking for a tasty meal, give Trevi Cafe and Wine Bar a chance!

Delicious food served in solid sized portions! Wonderful wait staff add to a great overall experience. There’s seating outside, inside, and at their bar. The menu is great, and allows for customization. I suggest the short rib main!

This was a fun experience. Staff were great. Ordered a bunch of different appetizers and they were all delicious. Didn’t have to wait long for food either. That’s always a plus! Will definitely be returning to try out a meal next time.
