Cocktail and brunch prices/quality cant be beat! Plus game night on Mondays, a dedicated talented house musician during the week and weekend days with no cover. Also live shows with top talent with affordable covers many Friday/Saturday nights. The Bindlestick is the place to be-whether you need to do homework or work remotely or unwind after a long week!

Absolute gem of a spot. The Besto Pesto sandwich was beyond delicious! The quality of the product they use is obviously very high. You can literally taste their high standards. Really cool beer selection too. I’ll be returning for sure to try the rest of the menu. Keep up the great work!!

We love the Bindlestick! Snoqualmie has a lot of lovely businesses that are more tailored to the santa train crowd. It’s lovely to have a spot that feels oriented to that crowd and locals alike. Lovely changes over the past 2 years with the bar and food. Cocktails are awesome. Live music is great. Awesome spot to have a drink as a parent in the back patio. Thanks for being awesome!

We were looking for a “light” lunch in town and walked by and read the window menu. Peeked in the window and I could tell immediately that this was a vibe I wanted to experience. Paninis were anything but light. Hearty with fresh ingredients. I also had an amazing gin cocktail. Special attention is made to both food and drinks. Loved the retro music at just the right volume. Not too loud at all. Cozy touches everywhere and live plants make this a place you want to linger but make sure you make tables accessible for the rest of us! Backyard beer garden is a place we’d love to return to on a warm day. We will definitely be returning here whenever in Snoqualmie.

Epic! Fantastic breakfast sandwich is an underestimate! I went for The Big Cheese panini, and it was nothing short of incredible. Fabulous vibe and feel. Coffee. Drinks. Kombucha selection to boot. Great food & people.
What more do you need? We aren’t traveling with ours, but they also have a pet friendly heated patio. We are in love. We only wish we were locals! Well done! We will go out of our way to come back!

I have been attending this coffee shop for the past three years, it has been truly wonderful to witness the recent changes and updates. I can’t believe I can order a cocktail here now!
I’m extremely impressed, the bartender made me a cinnamon pear margarita and it was the best drink I’ve ever had.

So imagine, you’re on a solo day road trip when all of a sudden your transmission goes out right as you start to go over Snoqualmie Pass. A day later after your dear husband rescues you, you end up here at The Brindlestick. You’ve already made a little adventure of the endeavor so might as well stop at a picturesque town for Father’s Day on the way home! This cafe has earned my return as they had delightfully tasty food and very much fur and human baby friendly. I absolutely can’t wait to go back! Thank yo for the wonderful breakfast memory!
